    I was robbed by one of their locations after placing an order through the app. I showed up to a closed store! Agents refuse to help and I am being forced to let it go. Never using the app again and never bothering at their locations either.

    I went to KFC on west broad street in Columbus Ohio, after waiting at least 5 min in drive through before anyone even said anything they finally said I’ll be right with you, 5 more minutes and my order was taken by Brandon I believe. I ordered a two piece white meat combo when I received my order I wasn’t offered a reciept no given one and my order was not even close to right,I wasn’t offered given a sandwich with fries. When I told him that wasn’t my order he threw up his hands and walked away came back asked what I ordered I him he then gave me the correct order. I went inside to get a receipt and told the manager that the man had a bad attitude, he then yelled and said I was the one who had a bad attitude. I said well If you could give me the correct order and offer a reciept there wouldn’t be an issue he dad oh cause getting the wrong food is a problem. Well yes it is. This person needs to work away from People he clearly has no customer service skills and is rude.

    I ordered through this app, when I went in I noticed that they were touching stuff with their bare hands and touching money so I cancelled my order, They said they couldn’t refund me it would have to be through the app. I have contacted 4 agents it is 15 days later and no one can help me get money back for food I never received. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP OR ODER FROM HERE. With so many places the fact that KFC is stealing is wild! I HAVE VIDEO OF THE WHOLE INCIDENT AND INTEND ON GOING PUBLIC.

    App has been down for one reason or another 3 months or longer now. In the latest issue, it won’t me use app as it was. Instead demanding a mandatory download for months now and it doesn’t relay the data. My wife and I usually go to KFC twice a week for lunch from work and once a week for family dinner because of the app deals taking an edge off the expensive menu. Between us that is 20 trips a month of my families business you loose. Thats 60 transactions in 3 months and counting. Not smart business.

    Instead of just taking my password (WHICH EXISTS), app wants to send an email verification of sorts. You must open email app, find kfc mail, copy a code, return to kfc app, paste code. Add to this INCONVENIENCE the fact that I infrequently use the app and I am REQUIRED for whatever reason to reverify my account EVERY time I decide to place on order (if I wish to keep accrued points). No stars!

    It’s a great app of I want to order delivery or pickup. But why not add a bar code or QR code, so I could accumulate points. Just a thought.

    I’m from the south and kfc is great there. It is awful in Columbus Ohio! We tried to order the spicy wings from the app and couldn’t find it. We ordered through uber and it took almost 2 hours to get our food and kfc is less than a mile from us! We were missing a 2 sandwiches, mashed potatoes in one box and Cole slaw in another! Worst experience ever at a kfc and now I will never eat there again! Thanks for stealing my money!
