    avoid this company they are hustlers and just add and add fees. avoid it at all cost paid 1600$ total where as in other companies you spend less than 450$ this company are scammers rude dont answer dont comply to anything . AVOID AT ALL COST.

    Will threaten legal action after taking money from you without explanation. If their device malfunctions it’s your fault regardless be ready to spend thousands. They don’t provide the contract they are always brandishing. Avoid the headache.

    There is no way to uninstall an app on the I phone 12 that I can find! I have spent countless hours trying to get it to work! I was told Today that there is. A 25 $ fee to schedule an appointment over the phone, are you kidding? Who is going to pay me for the time I have waisted trying to get your app to work? Everything worked fine until you updated it, now because I cannot get your system to work I have to spend an extra 25$ ever time I have to get your device serviced? It’s almost worth it to switch companies.

    You can’t rely on the information on their website, if you read their terms they state they aren’t obligated to update the information. Their automated calling has hung up on me. They don’t communicate with you even if they change the appointments the app doesn’t update correctly. This company has all the excuses to take your money and they have it in their contract that they don’t provide a copy of.
