  • Ads make it nearly unusable

    Don’t usually review apps ever. But I used to love this one. Had amazing options for backgrounds for free. But then they upped the ad amounts and many of these ads never even finish or give you an option to “x” out of them. Which means you never get your backround that you wanted. The UI needs a fix asap.

    Nothing in the app actually works unless you downgrade back to IOS 16. They don’t tell you that until you pay for the plan and the “contact us” button doesn’t even work. And this help center button literally is stuff about the app in different languages and none of them are English. Absolutely waste of money.

    App is terrible. I accidentally hit the wrong button because I was trying to look at the pricing, I ended up paying for a year. Than I try to reach out to customer service for help, the link doesn’t work. The “help center” has only 6 questions listed and half of them are in another language. I go to the App Store through apple, and it just sends me around and around. No one to talk too! And honestly the quality isn’t that great. The basic hyperlink to assist the customer doesn’t even work.

  • Transparent background issues

    I absolutely love this app but the transparent background has been misaligned for months! It looked perfect before and then after one of the updates it changed, The 'Contact Us' button in the settings must be for decoration or something cause it doesn't even work. I've waited patiently for an update that would fix it but nothing has happened. It really is a great app, I've been using it for a few years now. I hope they can fix this issue

    If you want to get a wallpaper or the app icons, it makes you watch a trillion ads!! Its so annoying! And if you try to “unlock” all them at the same time you gotta pay like, a dollar or something. DO NOT GET THIS APP! I repeat! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!! There are better ones out there. AND! It doesn’t even show you the themes or wallpapers that are free. All around, not a good app.

  • Quality going downhill

    As of late, the quality of the app has taken a nosedive. I don’t know if it correlates with the recent few iOS updates, but I’ve been having issues with the widgets displaying properly on my Home Screen. So far I’ve been letting it slide, but my recent gripe as of late is that the transparent widgets no longer blend in seamlessly with the screen. I make sure to line, reline, change positions, ect to make sure the picture is where it needs to be, but then when I go to see it displayed the picture is off slightly enough to where it’s bothersome. I have ADHD, so seeing all of my transparent widgets not align with the background properly has been aggravating. With all the other little issues piling up, this latest issue has become the straw that breaks the camel’s back. If I don’t see bug fixes within the next few months, I don’t plan on keeping this app much longer.

    I haven’t had this app for very long, so I might change this review if things start working, but so far I’ve had a pretty bad experience with this app. When I try to use the widgets, they just show up blank on my Home Screen, and I really don’t like the system of having to watch an ad for every individual app icon unless you pay for a subscription. Overall not a good experience. I’m not giving a one-star review because I’m sure it’s a lot better if you pay, but the free version needs a lot of improvement.

    I’ve tried everything, but the last few days my widgets are just black boxes. I’ve tried to contact for support, but the button doesn’t work.
