Horrible app when it comes to Apple TV. FIX IT ASAP

App is great but crashes a lot (and while uninstalling and redownloading the app helps, I should not be needing to do that.) I hope Televisa can add more Liga MX games they have rights to on this app like how they put all Champions League and UEFA Qualifiers on it.

If there were a “NO star” rank, Vix should have it with all colours. The app does not buffer properly, does not start and freezes too frequently. I know the easiest explanation would be a bad connection, the typical response. But let me tell you that it does not matter. I have tested the app and compared performance with other similar streaming apps to simply conclude that Vix app is too useless to deserve a single star. Their owners or whoever created the app, like the football commentators, have reached the lowest level of creativity, if any. A flagrant disappointment.

The app is very bad always lagging, it will log you off for no reason, qhen i put it on the tv airplay it gets disconnected often horrible

que onda con esta aplicacion pasa seguido que no la puedo abrir ya ban dos dias que no abre y eso que acaba de ponerse al corriente. odio tener que desistalar la aplicacion e instalarla de nuevo!

I’ve been trying to use the app on my tv for the last hour and a half and it keeps telling me I’m logged in too many screen and then it kicks me out and I can’t watch anything and the funny thing. THE TV IS THE ONLY LLACE I HAVE THE APP ON! The tv is the only time we have used this app and for some reason now it won’t work and keeps locking me out. I’ve logged in using just the website on my phone and tried airplay and it still won’t work. I thought maybe the airplay was my tv, nope! It works for all the other ones except for this app. It’s a horrible app that I pay for but can’t even use! If anyone was thinking about getting this service, don’t cuz you’ll be just throwing money away on something you can sometimes use on your phone and ONLY on your phone.

The app always crashes, signs me out, can't rewind live sports, i pay for no ads and still shows me ads.

A mí me encantaba esta aplicación para mirar novelas y películas de que sea, pero de qué no entiendo por qué enseñan anuncios del inmigración. Cuando la aplicación es de latinos es como una bola contra los latinos
