Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it? Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help. Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Most of this stuff I’ve encountered/tried before. It seems that stick-to-it-iveness is both the motivator and the killer. Pretty soon, I expect, I’ll skip a day; then 2. And you know how it goes from there. Gone from my consciousness. There’s a small bug in the app when I try to share my thoughts on my iPhone: the “explore with Quinn” switch covers the text entry box leaving me to type in the “dark.” Using Quinn is creepy. I don’t trust AI.
  • Scam or mental health support??

I learned today have been charged over $500 for this app with no purchase history and the app hasn’t been on my phone in months. I am so disturbed. This is an app to support those of us who identify as neurodivergent? This feels like a scam and I would never recommend this app to anyone who needs help managing their ADHD symptoms.

  • Highly recommend for late diagnosis adults

It’s not perfect (pricing can be confusing and I wish I could click zoom links from my desktop) BUT I’m late diagnosis (40’s) and it’s a fabulous resource for people like me. Concise daily info (5min per day) geared towards adults and your needs and there are coworking sessions. There’s a TON of info out there for children with ADHD or parents of those children but it’s hard to learn things that aren’t super basic (most 40 year old adults know to use a planner 🙄). I’d hired an expensive ADHD coach and I’d say this is pretty comparable and better because if I met with my coach on a ‘rough’ day I basically wasted my money whereas I can do this every day and skip rough days. The moral support of the community is also great
  • Very basic tips, plus chat bot

For $30 per month, I would expect more than a crudité platter of basic tips like "Don't overcommit" and "Have a place for your keys and wallet". I think there's some benefit that the app offers in terms of setting out these tips one day at a time since people with ADHD may find it difficult to break down and prioritize them on their own.... but you can find this information and much more easily for free online or for much lower cost in a nice book. The chatbot isn't really any more helpful than a generic chatbot.

I love it because it’s not intense, gives you space and the learning is short and sweet.

This app is life changing if you have ADHD. I am always researching about ADHD, was diagnosed years ago and really try to take steps to help others as well as myself be the best I can be with executive functioning challenges. The ai chat function Quinn makes gaining perspective and making ADHD friendly adjustments very clear. If you’re looking for clarity, and science based ways to understand yourself and improve-download this. I was put off by the price and the promises I saw in the ads, but truly I think it’s worth it. Yes, I’d prefer the price be lower but it really helps if you utilize it. This could be a big part of the future of ADHD treatment.

I’ve been using the Inflow app regularly for two weeks now and it has had a huge impact on me. I am learning the skills I need to manage my emotions more effectively, calm my anxiety, understand how ADHD affects me and what I can do about it. I’d recommend this to anyone with ADHD. If you’re a student, look into their student discount, it made it totally affordable for me to purchase the yearly subscription.

I’ve only had this app less than a week and I can say I am extremely impressed. I’ve studied ADHD extensively and listened to countless hours of lectures. This developer really gets ADHD. The AI to help with ideas and accountability and other aspects of ADHD is genius The live portion to allow people to focus on their own work, I actually haven’t done it yet, but the science is absolutely solid and I know I’m gonna benefit from it The countless tools out there that help people focus improve attention just don’t understand the complexity of ADHD. This app addresses everything. Our time, this app will probably get better, but I can’t imagine living without it
