Description

Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD. Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it? Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help. Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain. Start focusing, meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and start creating a daily structure that works for you. Spend less time planning to be productive, and more time getting things done. Improve your skills in these areas: - Focus and Concentration - Attention and Hyperactivity - Goal Setting and Consistency - Mood and Emotional Regulation - Distraction Reduction - Cyber Addiction - Creating a Routine - Sticking to a Schedule - Organization - Time Management - Impulsivity - Depression and Anxiety - Procrastination - Medication and Treatment Options - Mindfulness - Nutrition ...all without an ad in sight. Inflow provides the tools you need to focus on strategies in your everyday life. We help you build a daily routine habit by habit, a day at a time. It’s time to tackle your to-do list with ease, whether that’s studying for an exam, organizing your home more effectively, improving your focus, or simply scheduling more time for self-care. Concentrate on what matters most and organize your daily life. Inflow also sets you up for success with: - Daily activities and visual reminders integrated easily into your daily life - Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively - A stigma-free and supportive ADHD/ADD community to motivate you - Coworking sessions Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to-do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help. ADHD/ADD can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean accessing support should be! If you’re tired of the day-to-day stress of managing ADHD/ADD, we’re here for you. You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow! Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more. people with ADHD (the target market for this app) famously struggle with executive functioning, which includes remembering to cancel free trials and subscriptions. renewing a subscription with no warning in an app marketed to people with ADHD seems purposeful. a reminder of “your subscription will renew in one week” would be so beneficial to help people not have to pay for something that isn’t working for them. this app was just another expensive lesson i have to put on the ADHD tax tab. (i’ve since cancelled so i don’t get charged again next year for something that was not useful to me & i forgot about until i was charged.)

This app “gets it”. I can’t say enough how helpful and positive it’s been for me. I would (and do) recommend this app to anyone with ADHD.

I spent almost 30 years thinking a lot of my ADHD symptoms were moral failures: constantly being late, forgetting things - from simple, mundane things to important ones, avoidance, lack of motivation, etc. While recognizing I have ADHD and therapy have helped me feel better about myself, Inflow is helping me learn how to actually work WITH my brain instead of against it. I’m figuring out how to thrive instead of just survive. For the first time in my life, I feel totally in control of my own brain. If you have or even think you might have ADHD, give this a shot. It’s totally worth it.
  • Never even downloaded the app but was charged $200

This app is a scam that targets people with adhd. I never even downloaded the app or set up my actual account but I was charged $200. I had to download the app and set up my username/password to log in and cancel my subscription.... it doesn't show up in apple subscriptions either. I check frequently because I sign up for free trials and forget frequently because I have..... adhd.

This app WILL help us build new routines and rhythms! We can do it, one step at a time… commit to using this app and building a new rhythm of life and you’ll start to see changes. I am proof of that. This app is a teaching tool, it’s not exhaustive but it’s the most practical I’ve come across, and I’ve looked through everything available. Inflow App is realistically structured. Lasting and REAL growth with any program is slow progress. Try to ignore the impulsive reviews, those folks weren’t desperate enough or ready to partner in the ownership-engagement-process - most negative reviews seem “victimy”. We must do more than merely click through the lessons and think change will unfold, we actually have to figure out how to implement the suggestions in a way that words for us individually. Create a system, I’m using MS OneNote on my iOS device to create checklists (AM Routine, Daily Routine, PM Routine, etc.). Use a whiteboard, sticky notes, a written or digital checklist, etc. George and the Inflow team is giving us the tools and it’s on us to use them - like anything else in life. Don’t over-complicate it but gather the tools, take in the good, the useful for you, set aside the rest and get to action! One step at a time!

Most of this stuff I’ve encountered/tried before. It seems that stick-to-it-iveness is both the motivator and the killer. Pretty soon, I expect, I’ll skip a day; then 2. And you know how it goes from there. Gone from my consciousness. There’s a small bug in the app when I try to share my thoughts on my iPhone: the “explore with Quinn” switch covers the text entry box leaving me to type in the “dark.” Using Quinn is creepy. I don’t trust AI.
  • Scam or mental health support??

I learned today have been charged over $500 for this app with no purchase history and the app hasn’t been on my phone in months. I am so disturbed. This is an app to support those of us who identify as neurodivergent? This feels like a scam and I would never recommend this app to anyone who needs help managing their ADHD symptoms.
