Description

A science-based ADHD app for focus, productivity, and daily life. Manage your ADHD in just 5 minutes a day! Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We are not a glorified timer or calendar. Inflow is a science-based program designed to help you manage focus, procrastination, and follow-through in a way that works with your brain, not against it. Developed with clinical psychologists and featured in peer-reviewed research. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?  Do you struggle with focus, organization, or procrastination? Does "task paralysis" stop you from starting simple chores? Have you abandoned planners and trackers in the past? ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help. WHY INFLOW?  Inflow is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles. We don't just give you a tool; we teach you the "why" behind your brain and how to cope when motivation is low. Thriving starts with understanding your unique neurodivergence. Meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and create a daily structure adapted to you. SCIENCE-BASED MODULES FOR ADHD SUPPORT (CBT-INSPIRED) Spend less time planning and more time doing. We help you improve skills in: - Focus and concentration - Attention and Hyperactivity - Goal Setting and Consistency - Time management and routines - Emotional regulation and self-criticism - Reducing distraction & Phone addiction - Impulsivity & Anxiety related to ADHD - Mindfulness & Nutrition - Managing RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) MEET QUINN, YOUR AI ADHD COMPANION Stuck in a scroll hole? TOOLS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE Inflow helps you build routines one day at a time. Whether studying, organizing your home, or making space for self-care, our tools help you focus on what matters most. WHO IS INFLOW FOR?  Whether you’re newly diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or still figuring things out, ADHD doesn’t have to dictate your day. Inflow meets you wherever you are on your journey. You do not need a formal diagnosis to use our tools. - Think you might have ADHD? If you relate to things like distraction, time blindness, or task paralysis but don’t have a formal diagnosis, Inflow can help you understand your brain and start building better habits. No doctor’s note required. - Newly Diagnosed? Diagnosis explains the ”what”, but Inflow teaches the “how”. We bridge the gap between clinical diagnosis and daily life by teaching you the practical CBT skills and coping mechanisms that complement medication and clinical care. - Living with ADHD? Even pros hit burnout. Consistency is hard! Inflow provides the external structure and community accountability ("Body Doubling") you need to stay on track and reset when life gets overwhelming. - Struggling with Executive Function? Focus and regulation issues aren't exclusive to ADHD. Whether navigating Autism (ASD), OCD, Depression, or general burnout, our tools help you overcome paralysis regardless of your specific label. I’m only on day 1 of my trial so I’m sure things will change, but so far I am loving this app and what it’s teaching me. I love Quinn (the AI chatbot) for the personalized help on top of learning from each (short) module. My only critique thus far is to maybe consider adding a widget that I can add to my homescreen to remind me to check in each day.

I seen inflow on instagram and thought it would be one of those where you answer all the questions then it makes you pay to get the results and i have been pleasantly surprised no payment required to get your results and since downloading Inflow I have felt so seen and it makes me feel so happy to know that they understand and I’m not alone. My favorite part about this app has been when it said “ you have a free trial and if you forget to cancel let us know within 7 days and we will refund you” I am soo forgetful that this meant sooo much to me bc they know the struggle. I will continue to use inflow. Thank you🫶🏽🥲

So if you are about this change then this is a great assist. The AI assistant is great and I’m liking how it keeps me going by not overwhelming me with info.
  • Pretty accurate so far…

I’m on the free trial period but so far like what I see. The content is short, bitesize and structured. Easily digestible.

This is the second time I’ve tried to use this app and I find it simply not useful. I have paid $240 to learn the pomodoro technique and how to start the smallest part of a project. I don’t know if the app just doesn’t work for my brand of adhd or it’s just as basic as the flyer I was given with my diagnosis but I’m done giving them money.

Omg this app helped my overthinking more than dbt or my outpatient program. If you have trouble with self compassion. This app makes it understandable and it’s interactive enough to practice. It also does bite size pieces daily which helps my adhd brain

There is sooo much reading. For someone who has difficulty focusing and reading, there are just too many words on the screen. Also as someone with misophonia, the narrator’s voice drives me crazy. I lasted 10min on this app. 😩
  • AI GARBAGE

Yet and other AI wasteland of an app! Dr. Suz is capitalizing on peoples disabilities and creating add-ons on top of the membership, which is disgusting then you download the app and all it is is a series of questions from an AI bot all automated all preloaded nothing the worst part is the interface is extremely hard to read. The font is very light. The words are very small. This app is total garbage. Do not waste your money.!

It really took away my worry. It helped me with small steps to reach goals that didn’t feel overwhelming. There are great tools for me to feel supported. I’m excited about managing my ADHD now. :-)
  • Waste of money

Literal waste of money. And of course people with ADHD forget to cancel their subscriptions, so you’d think they would work with you when you are 2 days past cancellation period and it’s clear it hasn’t been used. Nope. I feel like I was taken advantage of. $119 is a lot of money for something that does nothing for me.
