  • The Uber backend trip cannot be displayed.

    The Uber app has been stuck in the background and unable to display trips for over two months. I have no idea how long this situation will last. For a consumer, this is a kind of deception. All of us users have paid the full amount for the software's functions, but we can only use the function of viewing the address after accepting an Uber trip. The most important functions such as canceling trips and checking trip prompts in the background are all unavailable. The developers have not offered any discounts on the fees either. Up to now, they haven't provided a reasonable solution for consumers.

    None of the features work especially with uber. Lyft sometimes work but most of the time I have to manually go offline when this app is supposed to do it for me. I decided to cancel my subscription until it works again. I contacted the app developers and 2 weeks ago they said they found the fix but it still doesn’t work 2 weeks later. It’s worth the cost if it works. It’s a complete ripoff when it doesn’t work. I want it to work though so I will keep hoping it gets fixed.

    Helpful, when it works. In theory it’s a helpful tool, but it’s hard to build a business around software that only works maybe half the time.

    It only works on the Uber app. Recently, I have to refresh the app 5-6 times to see the address. The Uber app doesn't work when it's running in the background, which means I can't receive Uber rides.

    I paid yearly $137, I used it only one month and it doesn’t work. Uber doesn’t work. Lyft doesn’t work. This is a big rip off.
