  • Have to pay 2 times subscription fee use it on only 1 device only.

    In the past I had to pay double the rate to use the mystro driver app. Now I subscribed to the mystro driver app again I still have to pay 2 times the subscription rate just to use this app on a 1 device. So now at the beginning of the month I will be charged and the middle of the month I will be charged. It’s always been like this. There is no answer back from mystro regarding this issue now and they do not answer back because I tried and no response back at all. What I have to do is pay double then make a dispute with my bank then I have to figure out which subscription this will effect? Pay double then dispute the bank. When I pay double the app works

    If you buy and use a new account, they will cooperate with you. If you have any technical problems afterwards, they can’t find anyone. If they find someone, they won‘t reply to the message. They will read the message but won’t answer you or solve the problem technically. It‘s really bad.

    Don’t use this app if you drive for Uber & Lyft. It violates your agreement with them and you will get deplatformed.

  • Loses connections, freezes

    I do Uber and Lyft on my iPhone 15 Pro. It is updated but the Mystro app keeps freezing and losing connections all the time. Fix it and I will update the rating to 5. Great app! Fix please. Update: 2/27/26 My entire screen is now frozen in Mystro, except for the toggles to enable/disable Lyft and Uber. No access to the menu at all. If I restart my phone and go to history, I get a spinning wheel on a blank screen. Sometimes it eventually loads. Most of the time, it just freezes the entire app. Weirdly, sometimes when I manually turn off Uber, Uber goes back online by itself while I am on a Lyft ride and starts pestering me with offers. Related? i can’t say. Going to uninstall Mystro and see what happens. Update March 12: Every time I open the app, it freezes. The only way to fix it is to restart my phone.

    You are required to purchase a monthly subscription, but after each update the program only works properly for 1–2 weeks. After that, it starts lowering the acceptance rate. I do not recommend it. It’s a scam.
