    Having been someone who has bought MANY plants online since 2020 on multiple platforms I came to this platform to follow a recent seller when another one had a ban. I have a few tips this app does nothing to protect the buyer at all. 1) no incentive to have sellers ship products in a timely manner like other apps 2) improper charge /like a seller charges you for insulation protection an up charge and doesn’t do it they leave it to seller to resolve. 3) product doesn’t ship the seller gets to decide your rebate / hence you end up with partial refund they keep taxes / shipping charge for a plant you never received. The legal thing would be to give a full refund. You try to resolve an issue with a seller they block you so now you have to take it to your bank instead of the Apps customer service review process seeing photos of a plant arriving in pieces because of poor shipping practice . My advice as a buyer be cautious on this APP. As a seller game on you call the shots on here. Sadly my first issue with a seller online turns into a financial loss for me a lesson learn.

    This app provides a platform for growers and makers to sell their wares to customers all over the country. I have been able to buy plants I can’t find anywhere else from the growers who care about their plants and not big box stores who deal with big greenhouse companies. The people who run the app boot off scammy sellers and buyers which increases my confidence in the sellers I encounter on the app. The growers and makers are professional competent and NICE. So many offer to answer plant care questions and actually do answer when I ask. It’s a little dangerous for my bank account but otherwise I love this app and community.

    New to this app and after one experience I’m done. So fast paced on the live I watched I was literally stressed. Obvious partiality to buyers they knew or with no prices shown just sold to whomever. It went on for hours and had no luck in purchasing and seconds of flashing they bought heat packs, etc. How do you even do this. I’m a senior and this app is not geared to me. This seller must bring tons of money to your app and themselves. Very upsetting experience. How does this app work??

    Best app to buy plants on any day. My first day I spent $200 just to see if the plants would come health and since then I haven’t gotten off, I love all my plants the community is amazing and all around great app

    Bought a plant was in constant contact with seller about issues. Seller don’t care about customer and neither does the app itself. Kept coming up with excuses. Worse app don’t waste your time or money. BETTER PLANT BUYING APPS OUT THERE! DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Would give 0 stars if possible.

    STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! I bought plants from Orange Lake Nursery via Palmstreet. They arrived two days late without the heat protection I paid for with a very dead TC inside. OLN refunded me for the heat pack they never sent but said my plant is “salvageable” so they would be doing nothing. I was then gaslit by the company saying that the seller said i never grew TC before. (One not true. Two that has nothing to do with receiving a plant that is already dead.) They also acknowledged that I was refunded for the heat pack but will not provide a refund for the plant that was dead because they sent no heat pack. They said the seller said the roots looked the same. Even though I sent Palmstreet photos clearly showing they were not. TLDR: Big companies can send you a box of dirt and Palmstreet will gaslight you and tell you it’s your fault and they can’t refund you. I am also a Pro member so nothing protects you. They have since reached out to me offering me credits to remove my review. When I refused my account was deleted by them. Would drop my review lower if possible.

    As a consumer, this app is horrible. Whether it’s the $25 shipping fees, the $15 winter protection add on fees, or the horrible customer service! This app does a great job at making sure I want to delete it quicker than I downloaded it! I received a dead plant from Orange Lake Nursery. Nothing but bot chats from Palm street support. So do not buy plants off this app! Go to WhatNot instead it’s so much cheaper!!

    I received a broke item due to the seller shipping it without anything around it to keep it safe- just threw it in a box. Seller would not give a replacement or refund, and Palmstreet would not do anything about it. Zero customer service. You are buying at your own risk if you use this app.
