    I’ve been using this app now for several months, and have definitely seen improvements in my body’s flexibility. I’ve recommended it to multiple people. But of course, improvements are needed. It would be a huge improvement if you would add the option for someone to talk through each of the stretches as you do them. Sometimes it’s difficult to interpret what the image is showing and what actually I need to do in the stretch. I realize you can tap in the option to read the dialogue about the stretch. But it would be much better for someone to talk through it while I’m doing it I also think since you have to pay to use this app, there should be updated stretches frequently. I haven’t seen anything changed since I spent the money on this. Most apps I use on a daily basis are free of charge

    I like the verbal instruction and the timer and being able to customize my stretches. I also like the example videos and modifications.

    The subscription model makes no sense for this app. It’s not like they’re constantly adding new exercise programs or stretches, so what am I paying a subscription for? The ability to organize their finite list of exercises into a custom stretch program, that I won’t edit again for months? After a few weeks I had my routine memorized and only used the app occasionally, for keeping track of how long to hold each stretch. Will not be renewing my subscription, which is a shame, I would have paid a flat fee for access, but $40 a year? For a beginner/intermediate exercise app that doesn’t even teach proper form? Come on…
