    The stretches themselves are good and if you select beginner like me they do match that skill set. But you only get one 8 pose routine free and I feel like the subscription price is a bit high. Especially when you can just look up stretching routines on YouTube for free. As of right now I would say this is a good jumping off point for those who never learned how to properly stretch.

    I have noticed a big difference in the way I feel when I wake up in the morning compared to how I felt before I started stretching twice a day. It challenges me to push myself to improve and I like that most workouts are short and easily fit into my day.

    Literally everything is locked behind a pay wall except your basic waking up stretches. It’s only function is it sets an alarm and times the stretches Just find a list online and set an alarm on your phone

    As with most of these apps, they ask you for money right before you are about to start. Just be up front and be a paid app instead of pretending to be free then immediately requiring payment. I wouldn’t have even downloaded if I knew, but that’s what the want. Waste of my time

    It’s a good app encouraging me to stretch more as a gymnast but there is only one thing you can do without spending money. It is like $37 for a month! So if you don’t want to pay there is only one thing you can do than.

    I love the variety of the stretches. I love the targeted workouts as well- very helpful to be able to focus on specific areas of the body. I also love the countdown clock, and the fact that there are different length workouts. It’s a great app!
