    I appreciate I can customize a routine that allows me to both target needed areas and accommodate for my arthritic knee. I love the quick targeted routines that can be done at my desk. It’s so nice that I can just start, be told and shown what to do with timers and cues. This allows me to just be in my body and breathe without stressing.

    i’m currently overcoming ulnar nerve pain and the app is helping me stay consistently flexible everyday. My only thing I’d love to change is being able to add stretches to the full body stretching routine instead of needing to create a whole new routine from scratch.

    This app is pretty good. I like the ability to build custom stretch programs. I’d give 4 stars if they would quit the incessant request for me to register. I bought your app; ask once, and then for the love of god quit asking.
