    I like the functionality, the workouts and the overall app. The only issue I had was with my watch. I deleted it from my Apple Watch and now it rocks. I love the simple but effective workouts. The dumbbell only workouts show you how much you can do with just dumbbells. It’s a great program.

    The warm-up part of the routine is not enough for me. As an opinion from a middle aging woman and avid movement therapist, my spine , ligaments, and joints need an efficient warm-up in all directions to safely lift and workout :) I had either a five minute row or 2 mile run to coach Brian’s vitality warm-ups! I love the workouts because I feel the growth and progress with muscle gain, leaning out and overall sense of accomplishment because I can fit these workouts into my busy schedule! I’m just starting out the six weeks with Coach Brian in vitality workouts! I have a strong focus with my nutrition and trying to hit the gym in my basement between four and five days a week!

    One of the best apps that I keep in my rotation. Many of the coaches are super interactive with their teams. The narrative (which can be turned off) throughout the workout keeps me on track and not wasting any time in the gym. It’s also incredibly affordable at $30/mo. Many coaches for many different styles of lifting to choose from. My only con is that the app interface sometimes glitches on me but it corrects itself if I back out and go back into the app. Not a huge deal.

    You know the saying “only regret is not starting sooner?” That’s me! Found this app to be incredibly helpful in my wellness journey. I was previously enrolled in a program called Fire in Wisconsin… that was super expensive and I find this program to be equally if not more effective and cost friendly.
