    You will want to throw your phone through the wall trying to use the controls on this app. The swipe up feature for your workout log only works ~50% of the time. It lags every time you try to enter reps or change weights and my god you will do every workout with the trainer muted bc they are so damn annoying, especially the ginger beard guy

    Without ladder I plateaued and wasn’t progressing as fast as I was when I first started. After I started using ladder I immediately felt and saw the difference. The trainers are a huge help in getting form down and helping me lift heavier!

    This app is like having your own personal trainers. It’s amazing. If you do it and stay diligent, it WORKS…but you have to put in the work. It also has a nutrition part to it to keep track of your meals and intake. Powerful app that deserves much more recognition!

    I’ve tried other apps and I liked one of the other two I liked. But I didn’t necessarily feel like I got strong or was challenged. I have been lifting for over 12 years so things started to feel redundant over the years. But I finally decided to give ladder a try after trying a couple others. I actually feel like I got a workout, with it also being tailored to my experience and preference of workout. I’m currently trying limitless with Kelly Matthews! I LOVE it. I may try other trainers out of curiosity like the blend of Pilates and strength with Maia. But as of now, I love this app and its ease and straight forwardness. There’s also a chat where you can talk to other team mates and they can cheer you on during your workout. Also, tracking your nutrition/macros! I love being able to have everything in one app!!

    One of the best fitness apps I have ever used there is a vast variety of fitness programs and coaches within this app the coaches and individual groups centered around like minded ppl just trying to be better and more fit then yesterday.
