    This is such a great workout app! The coaches I have used Team Transformation, Endure, Align, and Elevate have all been great and you can change teams depending on what type of workout you’re looking for but they encourage sticking with a Program for at least the 6 week program blocks and trying out new programs in Open season periods. It’s helped me stay consistent and excited in the gym and make gains too!

    I’ve tried so many apps since Covid for strength training, specifically progressive overload training, and overall fitness. Ladder is by far the best one! There are so many program options to choose from, and they are narrowed down by your goals and available equipment making it easy to choose. 6 week program blocks with breaks to surf around and try other programs before locking in for another 6 week block. The embedded coaching while completing your session is fantastic. It’s like having a coach with you at your side while exercising. The pairing with my apple watch and Whoop strap is seamless. I’ve been using it for almost a year now and I cannot recommend it enough!

    It takes a lot for me to follow through with workouts but somehow this app keeps me going! It has an awesome interface and I love the feature that lets you play your own music in the background, it makes the workouts fly by! BODI should take notes! I recommend anyone on the fence to give it a try!

    I’ve never been a gym person but this is the next best thing to having a personal trainer! Literally changed my life. I hope Ladder treats and pays their coaches well, there has been a lot of turnover lately. Coaches make the app special
