I just paid for a yearlong subscription and the app will not open on anything other than my iPhone. Please give me my money back if you all can’t figure it out. Regards

Thought subscription to “live events” meant I’d get access to “live event” fights! If I want watch replays of old fights, I’ll go to YouTube for free!!

I can see the free prelims, but not the main events. I saw a review where someone else had the same issue. I deleted my account. Not worth the hassle.

This app is completely broken especially on smart TV’s. The app will work completely fine on my small smart phone but anytime I want to get watching fights on the big screen the app always crashes, or tells me I have no subscription even though I’m logged on. I actually had to get a whole new tv because the BKFC app crashed so hard it glitched out my 70 inch smart tv and completely crashed it and my tv broke. So the app has already costed me almost a 1,000$ dollars in damages. Do not add the BKFC app to your smart tv I promise you will regret it. And they have no help team it’s just a bot name miles that does nothing and they will send you emails constantly saying they can’t help you. It’s a mess. I’ve been logged on before to watch fights and when clicking on the fight to watch and then says you need an account to watch this eventhough I’m logged in. It’s crazy how many problems this app has. I had to pay for 2 accounts one month because the app just deleted my account somehow on accidental click and it didnt ask me if I was sure or anything I just clicked the wrong thing and it immediately deleted account that day that minute eventhough I still had like 21 days left on that account because I was paying monthly, but nope it took my money and took the service. This is all a shame because BKFC is absolutely awesome but there app is a complete scam and no one is working on it to make it better if anything it gets worse. And I’m the idiot who keeps coming back and that’s because I truly love the sport but this app has really tanked me bad

Casting to tv is often extremely pixelated. All fights often freeze up. Very frustrating app

I love BKFC but the app is pretty bad. When I try to watch old fights it says I may need to login to watch this video, while I’m already logged into the app, and it won’t let me watch any old fights most of the time because of this (I bought the yearly subsciption and should be able to watch any replays) App needs major bug fixing, I noticed I’m not the only one encountering these issues in reviews. I shouldn’t need to use YouTube to watch the fighters’ replays when there is an app for it. Please fix!

Please fix this. I have a monthly subscription and every time I go to click to watch an event it makes me go back to purchase options. Click on it then course it says I have the active subscription but when I click on once again, it keeps going back to purchasing, a year or subscription. For some reason with an active subscription if I click on an event, it doesn’t just show that event. I’m not the only one that has had this issue. I wish you guys would fix this because this has been going on long time it’s not like this for a week. It’s been going on too long to not address this issue.

I’ve been a customer for years. While all apps have its ups and downs every time I had an issue, it was resolved super quick. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!
