  • App is great, new price is outrageous

The app itself is good, no complaints and the details are insightful. The problem is the developer more than tripled the price and it just isn’t worth it. In response to what the developer wrote, I currently pay $50 per year for the annual plan. The annual plan is now $150 per year. That is triple the price. No other app similar to Tessie has tripled their prices. I don’t appreciate you implying I am lying about the 3x price increase in a single year.
  • Keeps giving me error message and it does not connect to my Apple Watch

I’ve updated every software and turned on and off iPhone and Apple Watch multiple times and it never connected and gives me error message. I’ve reached out to customer service and they were not able to help me.
  • Concerning billing system

Trial period not easily feasible. Goes to a stripe page, not a comfortable interface as I wanted to try out the app but unsure of the methodology for the trial. Caused me not to subscribe and deleted the app.

Cool but overpriced for what you get
  • Worth every penny until they increased price like crazy

I don't see the real value now with a $15 monthly charge, while other similar app like Stats only charge $5. And Tessie's lifetime membership is a hefty $400!!!
  • Nice app but crazy expensive

The features this app has will never be worth $180/year, that’s wild. Pretty though! Nice watch integration! Bonkers price. Edit: Dev has been fleecing with high prices for months with the claim Tesla will be raising his backend prices “soon”. Hasn’t happened yet and there’s still no official timeline but he gets to enjoy the extra cash until then. Not from me!
  • Hands down best customer service

New Tesla owner, I would delete the Tesla app if I could and only use Tessie. The app is amazing, but the customer service is why I’m writing this review. Kiel was absolutely amazing in helping me figure out why my vehicle wasn’t syncing with the app. He was excellent at communicating the problem, and guaranteed he would fix it that day. Even as the day got late and into the evening, at 8:35est he emailed me to let me know the issue had been resolved. Customer for life.

Tessie is just awesome! I love being able to see the tire pressures. The app is as slick as they come. It’s fast, never glitches. Money well spent!
  • Worth the money

Usually apps with a subscription are an immediate no for me, but so far this is providing so much data I could gather from my vehicle it’s insane. Well worth it
  • Not worth it

I subscribed to it mainly for the Apple Watch key ability in my 2023 Model Y. It’s a bit buggy and requires persistent attention to get it to work on my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my phone behind. It is NOT worth the continuous subscription for the unreliable convenience. I canceled. I would pay a one time fee just for the Apple Watch key access though with the hopes it would more reliably connect in the future. Edit: Thanks for the response. It’s an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and my car is 2023 Model Y. I keep all my software at the most current (non-beta) version of everything in my digital life.
