Till has been a great tool for my teen to learn to save money, as well as a convenient way to receive her first paychecks & for me to easily send money her way. When her card was lost & used by an unknown person, Till was extremely responsive & made it right for us. I feel like we were lucky to have this service at this point in my teen’s life. Absolutely no complaints about the app or the debit card. Nikki in customer service is the best!

We got this because we were told funds would be added for our son’s trip. The app said we’re all set! That was far from the case. No funds were added and when WE THEN TRIED TO GIVVE HIM MONEY it took DAYS TO GET THERE. No option to speed things up. We will close this account immediately. You have to ask yourself why use this app that costs more and is slower than a normal bank.

This app seems to be headed in the right direction but some features are lacking, in particular, transferring money to the parent wallet. It seems that without paying for the premium features, transfers an extremely slow. Even though it says they will be available I one day, be prepared to wait longer. They try and say it depends on your bank’s policy but I’m experiencing with multiple bank accounts. We’ll see if this gets any better. I’ll update if it does.

The app was easy to install and manage. The app guards against the kids having access to all the money at once. I feel confident the app will be an effective tool with their money management!

It’s a 1 star I only put 5 cause it wont show all the bad reviews… Don’t download I’ve been having app issues with doing almost anything on it and I emailed support and it’s going on 2 days without a response, i can’t even withdraw the money I put into it and my kids can’t do anything either no card details show and there’s only a savings no spending account, it pretty much just traps your money.. take your business somewhere else cause you’ll have nothing but problems with this one
  • Not an easy app to use

I got logged out of my app. Went to login and it didn’t accept my info. Selected “forgot password” and I never received the email to reset it. So I just figured I would create another. While creating another account I typed in that same email and it sent me a verification email. I clicked on it and started the process to set up a new account. When I got to the section to type in my number it said an account was already associated with it. I only have one email and one phone number. There’s no customer service number for me to call to get this resolved. Only email. Inconvenient. I have already received emails from till from when I initially set up the first account. So why would it recognize the number and not email?! If it can’t handle my login info correctly I’m not very confident in it handling finances.
