    The app doesn’t make sense… I want to read. I’d rather go to the store and buy a book to read when it’s convenient for me on my time. Having to earn/buy coins to read on… ridiculous!

    I paid for membership, didn’t the correct daily amount of credits. Contacted customer service twice, with no response. Also there is no way to know much a book will ‘cost’ to decide if I want to continue.

    This is a tale of 3 rich handsome brothers and their unconventional way each of the found love! The story pulls you in from the beginning and never lets you go until the end! To say I enjoyed reading it is an understatement! Well done!

    I am saying goodbye to this app. The chapters cost too much and to purchase coins to finish one novel, I could have purchased several books online or in stores. It’s also very difficult to “earn” coins. Sure there are options, but not everyone reads at the same speed so you don’t get much if you’re like me. I did what I needed to do to finish the novel I got hooked on, but there are better apps and alternatives.

    Despite my numerous attempts at contacting JoyLit at their feedback email, I have yet to hear back about the issue I am having with the monthly membership that I paid for. It’s supposed to give you 300 coins everyday that you check… I have YET to receive my daily check in coins. I have now requested a refund and will see what even happens with that. So sad to not be able to continue reading as the story I was engaged in was good. Seems like others are having the same issue….
