The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon or completing short surveys about your opinion on brands or products that may be of interest to you. Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload eligible receipts by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to receipts@panel.amazon.com and you’ll earn up to $10 per month towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation. You’ll earn rewards each month for every survey you complete and if you turn on ad verification on your mobile device you'll receive more, relevant surveys each month based on the ads you see from Amazon. Ads from Amazon can include Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the Receipts or Surveys tabs, or by visiting Ad verification in the panel app's settings. Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers who are 18 years of age or over and in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now.     This app used to be amazing. You could receive a $10 gift card per month for scanning your receipts now you could barely get five dollars a month let alone three you get $.10 per receipt. They don’t even send you surveys anymore. Now they try to steal your data for surveys that they don’t even seen it. 0/10 don’t waste your time!

    I love being on the Amazon Shopper Panel, but the value of the receipts have dropped so much that it's difficult to make the max reward each month. It also doesn't help that the receipts aren't all valued properly. Clothing stores are supposed to be $.70 but consistently are valued at $.10 instead, even after requesting review. Can you fix that?

    Could be better it’s frustrating wish they would fix their scanning feature I have to snap pictures of receipts only from certain light or angles because the camera feature sucks

    I have been using this app for a number of years and I used to scan my receipts, take the surveys and it was nice to get a little gift card each month. But Amazon kept changing the criteria for what kind of receipts they would take. Fair enough, but now the only receipts they really take are stores I rarely really even shop at as Home Depot hardware stores, Marshalls, TJ Maxx. I can still scan grocery receipts. But I get $.10. In order to get myself to $10,I have to scan 100 receipts. I don’t have time for that and why should I give you all of my shopping information just to get to $10?? Way too much info . Sure I can scan TJ Maxx hardware stores when I go there but all I get that $.70 and the best part is when I scan my Ace Hardware receipt your scanner picks it up and half the time gives me $.10 and I have no way to reach out to get it corrected!! The receipt clearly says on it ace Hardware and they’ve been approved in the past. I just decided to write a review to let you know my frustration and to tell you that this used to be fun, it’s not anymore and I’m not going to scan hundreds of receipts because I don’t go to your particular stores so I can get the high dollar value scans of a whole .70. I shop a ton on Amazon, but I’m just not going into those other stores all the time and I won’t just for $10.. Maybe you should reevaluate some things. I don’t know. I’m just one person, but just thought I’d give you my opinion. Thank you.

    I have been on the waitlist for the receipt part for almost 2 years. I used to at least get a few surveys. Then they went to once a month. No nothing since noble sr 2025. Useless app just taking up space on the phone.

  • Not even half as good as it used to be

    I have participated with this app for years & since all of the changes, it’s really not worth it. Most receipts are not eligible & if they are, you get .10 for them. It’s a lot of hassle for little to no payoff. Apps like Fetch are so much better. Very disappointed.

    I loved this app when I first started. Now I stay frustrated with it. It constantly rejects receipts that are eligible or gives the wrong credit amount. Requesting a review does absolutely nothing. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. Forwarded email receipts are almost always denied.

    Fetch is a better app. This app is unable to recognize a valid receipt. First it gave you $1/receipt. Then it changed to $0.10 for most, $0.25 for big box stores and $1 for hardware and home improvement stores. Now it’s $0.10 for most and $0.70 for hardware and home improvement stores. The developers have no clue what they are doing. It glitches and freezes all of the time.

    Every receipt is 10 cents now no matter the store you have receipts from. Autozone, 10 cents, Best Buy, 10 cents.. if you could complain they would change it but again default: 10cents

    The app keeps signing me out.. i can’t see any of the surveys until i log back into the app. It’s glitching really bad and needs an update.
