I’ve been playing the Diablo franchise from its beginning. I enjoy the game overall (as well as WOW) and the improvements to graphics through the years have been a pleasure to see. Immortal is a fun game as long as you don’t want to experience the higher/end game content. The monetization went from bad to worse with this game. Unless you have unlimited amounts of real money to spend, you can forget about it. I knew we were in trouble when Blizzard started selling mounts, pets & cosmetics in WOW. They always start with these “vanity” items before ultimately creating a “pay to win” structure. It is always the first step toward nickel and dime’ing you to death. Only people with unlimited amounts of cash can raise their characters in Diablo Immortal to the highest heights. The game is fun overall and the graphics are brilliant. Just know from the start that the game is free to play, but absolutely pay to win, and in a BIG way. I’ve had acquaintances that have spent tens of thousands of real money just to upgrade their gems to maximum, end game accessibility. That is not just the game makers trying to make money, it is greed and exploitation at its most despicable. I hope that, in time, Blizzard will stop this shameless display of corporate greed and lower the prices DRAMATICALLY. It is one thing for a player to pay $5 or $10 dollars per gem to get their gems maxed out. But the ridiculous amount of money you actually have to spend to do this is completely and blatantly outrageous. Most of us will never be able to enjoy this game as we could because of this unnecessary greediness on full display. Blizzard is not happy making a good living with this game. They want to become filthy rich off of it and don’t care one bit that it leaves out the largest demographic of its players by making it impossible for the vast majority to ever be able to compete. Do better Blizzard!

Devs why do you allow so many spammers to sell things in general chat? It’s illegal according to your game policy. There is no one to block / stop them, why? Spammers ruin basic chat & Yet every few minutes another person is selling something. This has to stop. Next where are the new servers for new chacaters? There are currently none. Please fix this as well

The great rewards in events will only go to the strongest also the ones who have spent thousands while free to play players get trash rewards and have to grind for every lil thing just get trash rewards pve is ok pvp you aint doin nothing unless your a 9k reso and its unfair for FTP to have to face what we call whales if your a whale with 10k reso witch are garentee the best rewards during events like Bout of Realms 180 crest to the strongest is ridiculous that about how much a FTP gets in a year if thier lucky

Its a fun game, with a cohesive story and satisfying progression. However, 23 gb for a mobile game just isnt manageable. Worth your time if youre interested in the lore or if you have that kind of space, but otherwise, id stick to the console games
