  • App shuts down after a minute

    At my wits end with this app. I have the premium app and I will go through the sleep process turn on my sounds then after a minute or two the app will just close. Over and over with no luck. Support ticket submitted over a week ago and have heard nothing back.

    The best thing about this app is it snippets of recordings of you and background noise during the night. Unfortunately, when I asked ChatGPT to evaluate privacy of this app, as I often do for Apps, it was pretty terrible. You’re giving the app your precise location (to allow the environment feature) and a lot of information about you which it seems they can turn right around and sell to advertisers. I’m not an expert, but this did not look safe to me so I deleted it.

    How this got such high reviews is beyond me. I bought to improve my sleep as I literally toss and turn all night recently. This app reports I’m asleep when literally up walking around. What a waste of money

    I got to use it one night only then it wanted me to subscribe for about $30. I had thought it was free. Don’t have money to subscribe so I guess that’s it.

    The apps seems fine, but after signing up for a 7 day free trial the instruction screens took me to a family membership offer “for the same price”. I could not get past the screen without accepting. Now instead of the free trial I’ve been charged $59.99 for a family membership I don’t want.

    I just signed up for 7 day free trial and it immediately charged my card. That’s not how free trials work. It would appear if I cancel before the 7 days I won’t be getting my money back.

    The app was interesting at first and I sprang for the subscription. But it turns itself off during the night! If I get up to the washroom it turns off. If I don’t get up it still turns off some nights. And if I check it, it’s done for the night. I feel I wasted my money.

    The gimmick is a free 7 day trial, once you go through all the promotional slides and agree and are signed up for free trial, you are the charged as soon as you accept. I wanted to try this out with no money charged until my “free trial” was over. I will not be using this app.
