  • Too many consistent bugs

This app continues to have consistent bugs. The mobile version is not worth the effort. I’m tired of the app crashes and freezes constantly. Not good. Full of bugs. Update 19 Feb 2025. Still consistent with the same bugs I mention above. Mobile version does not work for approving and constantly crashes. I’m reliant on my computer app still…..

Pretty good as far as being able to monitor my kids activities but it has its flaws as well. Sometimes it bugs up and it won’t let me do anything so I won’t be able to give my kids more time if I choose to or to lock it if they misbehave.

Phone says it’s up to date and won’t let me update the app. I’m not getting notifications via the app, only in email.
  • Garbage App

Title says it all. Microsoft’s family setting app is absolute garbage. It always freezes. Doesn’t send request to the parent device properly. Can’t adjust and fine tune access setting for children that you want to give custom access to for specific apps. More garbage from Microsoft
  • The usage statistics is not reported reliably

The part of blocking apps is working okish. But the part that supposed to track usage on apps and track website history on edge breaks 80% of the time. My kid using the windows for 5 hours and the app reported nothing.
