    I’ve been a Sonos loyalist to a fault since getting my first sound bar 10 years ago. I own more than 10 speakers and components and love the sound and ease of use and setup. My only knock is what many others have said, there are random outages, issues with the app not loading all the components, and a lack of integration across the S1 and S2 speakers. And no, the outages are not a result of spotty wifi.

    I’ve purchased so many Sonos equipment. While they sound great, I’ve spent HOURS testing and trying to connect.

    Listen, Sonos still the best in the business but their app was better a few years back, now it’s too glitchy and the bass control is way too hidden.

    This app is garbage. It is truly useless, in that it does not work. Most of the time when I try to control the speakers nothing happens at all, though sometimes a song will come on a few minutes later, so I guess there’s that. If I were Sonos I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this app.
