    They Absoluteky need to work on allowing external microphones and wireless microphones but haven’t even considered it yet - do it it’s needed guys to use wireless clip on microphones like DJI mics. They need to keep up with server expansion for growth— so many issues from not upping server expansion faster than their growth. They also need to stay on glitches faster. Fees need to become more affordable. They NEED to advertise way bore for buyers than they try getting sellers. Instead of just bringing more and more competition as a seller in they need to do a major marketing campaign to get more buyers in - because it’s becoming a place known just to sell way too low prices and that’s terrible for sellers. More buyers lets sellers make money instead of lose money with high fees and low pricing. The real issue is way more buyers are needed and hardly anybody has heard of Whatnot and that’s whatnots fault - they don’t expand servers and dont advertise on radio, TV, billboards etc for people to do holiday shopping and more at

    Many people sell fake stuff on this app. Customer Service will not protect you even though you point out the item is fake. They won’t even investigate or check the item; they will deny your request to return it. I would rather buy from Amazon, at least I know the quality of the item I’m buying is legit and that the customer service is superb.

    Never lets you refund a purchase unless the guy actually doesn’t ship anything. So if you buy sneakers and get sent a candy bar, you’re out of luck 🫠🫠

    When this app first came out, it was full of people who were just pure fans of whatever you were collecting, but now it has become one of the most one of the most aggressive & disturbing money grabs I have ever witnessed in any fandom culture. And the problem is the streamers. They have learned how to sell hype like it’s Jesus. One streamer is so crafty with his words and his ability to take advantage of people’s lack of knowledge of the market & how the odds of getting super rare cards work, that he sold was able to sell 7 packs of Pokémon Black & White for over $200…. People could go by 1 trainer box and get 9 for $80. Technically he didn’t lie, but he definitely manipulated the audience into believing great things were in store, and used shame to drive up the prices. It’s just pure greed and it’s ruining the community imo.

    Out of more than $300.00 worth of things ordered, I received maybe a whopping $50 worth of items! Out of that batch half of them didn’t work or were missing half to near most of the item! I’ve spent an entire day sorting through the junk they consider receipts and buyer protection to file complaints and I can report I’ve been refunded a whole $9.00 (&change)… my next stop is the BBB, I’m not about to dump my money into a trash can for them to dig out and run with! BEWARE OF FRAUD ON THIS SITE!
