    Do not get this app everyone on here is scamming they do anything to get a quick buck from water damaged cards to sellers sending out empty envelopes and whatnot support will not help you stay away from this app let’s work together to get it shut down

    Stay clear of this app if you run into a problem from a purchase whatnots customer service is absolutely terrible takes 5 or more days for them to get back to you takes for ever to issue a refund they tell you to wait 14 days then they will issue a refund

    App was great for a time. As of late, there seem to be plenty of scammers. Impossible to get a refund or cancellation since the seller has to approve and since they NEVER do, you’re then out of your money. Sellers will claimant has shipped. Once in the shipped status….guess what, no cancellation or refund AND no item. Whatnot customer is nonexistent. It’s impossible to email them. They immediately close user reports in most cases with no explanation. I’ve been spending the majority of my time as late attempting to refund two $100+ purchases and it’s been a headache with the nonexistent assistance from Whatnot.

    This app allows kids to make accounts and does nothing about racism. You have so many trolls fake bidding and calling people racist names and whatnot does nothing. It’s an app for giveaways only. Do not buy

    11/7 hey thanks for making it more difficult to batch drop off orders! Ever since you took away gifting, the app has been downhill. All traffic leads to the bigger sellers that falsely lead you to over pay on $1-5 items. Yet you hide the smaller creators and game hosts who are actually true and trying to make something of themselves. It was an amazing platform to be on in 2024, not so much this year
