Pokémon HOME

This version of the software brings so much more life and fun into the Pokémon gaming community. A huge ty to ILCA, GameFreak, and Nintendo for this wonderful system. So many exciting new missions and mystery gifts, all wrapped up in a beautiful gui. This app makes me feel appreciated for my fandom love of Pokémon by its devteam.

I am trying to get some Pokémon from the GTS but the people are giving me the wrong Pokemon because it’s from the GO game. I think Pokémon GO should be equal like the Pokemon game console’s.

App works smoothly maybe 2/10 times that I use it. Otherwise I am sitting around for upwards of 5-10 mins waiting for the app to do simple functions. Trying to get past home screen? Wait. Want to simple change screens? Wait. I can barely wonder trade via the boxes anymore because I sit and wait for them to load, only to be told there’s another communication error. I work from home and have great wifi, so why can’t this simple app do its basic functions after years? Updating to say I am removing another star as this app’s main function is to sit and lag on screens and then suddenly announce COMMUNICATION ERROR after three minutes. release a pokémon? communication error. use gts? communication error. wonder box? you got it by now. skip this app.

I only use it for Room Trades, basically, and sometimes the GTS-if I’m lucky. It’s a pretty mid, meh app that is totally useless if you don’t have a Nintendo Switch with Pokémon Home and a Pokémon Game.

The longer i use the app the more frustrated i get with it. The free version is intentionally slowed down and speeds up to normal speed when you pay for it. That’s wrong. This app is not worth it to pay a cent to it. This is just another pokemon data storage device. The tap button on main page barely works half the time. The wonder trade option is glitchy and requires restarting a lot. The wonder trade free is not instant like paid version. Time varies from a few min to hours before it says trade complete. This makes me not want to use it at all. Horrendous cool down times. If you pay for it i noticed you get a small cool down on the wait periods from go to home. I have multiple go accts and it varies a bit for each one even on identical mons. That’s not right. I have saved many from my go accts but you only get one move with them. Moving pokemon around should be unlimited moves not once then it is locked for ever. You need warnings for go players that are unaware how the game works. As many do not realize you can not send them back. Please push nintendo to let those of is that skipped bank to download it from the shop. Now i am going to have to mod my 3ds if i want to move any off it. As it is a paper weight now i do not think it matters any more. The gts is buggy and the only reason for the phone version is to trade. Go changed the cool down times and made them worse than before. I use to be able to transfer 4-5 shinies a week now it is 2-3 at best. 1 legendary a week now instead of 2-3. I’m sorry but i am done with this cash grab. I am glad i finished it recently. Oh, if you are going to ban spinda at least say you completed it. My dex is done expect for spinda. Glad my go shinies are almost done transferring. Not paying one bloody cent towards this app.

Home does a great job serving it’s purpose and is so useful. So thank you. But I am BEGGING you to somehow incorporate away to know something is shiny or offer a shiny and not just be able to list yours based off the image change.

Game lags out can’t even get passed the initial setup

I have a Alolan Rattata in pokemon home that I transferred from pokemon go, it is currently stuck in pokemon home since it cannot travel to ANY of the available games! Please find a way to allow it into a game, I don’t have the heart to send this rattata to a group trade.

You see, I was so happy when I learned about this app. BUT! My main Pokémon game is Pokémon go! Why can’t I send things to Pokémon go?!? Fix this!!
