With the Spark Driver™ app, you can deliver orders, or shop and deliver orders, for Walmart and other businesses. All you need is a car, a smartphone, and insurance. After you’ve completed the enrollment process (including a background check), you will be notified when your local zone has availability.     This app is so full of glitches, and it is constantly freezing up. The worst of all is the you are not in the green circle, then it takes support forever to complete the order for you. Such a waste of time!

    Everything on the app seems to work really great except for a few things when you’re in the middle of shopping or your attention to start shopping it’s asking you to verify your identity. In addition to that and everything. It doesn’t link up to GPS coordinates correctly. The app needs to have weekly updates, not every 1 to 4 weeks. When you’re shopping it has you jumping around the store so much it takes you longer than it actually says and there for about a week and a half when I would go in and do shopping. I would have an error code that would pop up that would be hard to clear it from time to time. Also too it needs to be made easier for when an item is out of stock and the customer doesn’t respond for us to bypass and state that it’s not available. Last order that I had customer did not respond and I waited 30 minutes for an answer before it would actually let me do anything else

    I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. The people that work here barely speak English much less understand it. It makes for a very very interesting experience to say the least.

    App is always freezing, identity verification barley ever works and the feed for orders is always freezing especially when you get personal offers. When it’s good it’s a good but that’s rare.

    Bugs still needs fixed. Great way to make income. I have lost out on potential income due to bugs. -Completed Trips, that say needs complete, but able to accept offers. -long duration of completing trips, that end up resetting the entire app -forcing a reset requires you to reset app 4-5 times before working -ID Verification long duration that end up resetting app -ID Verification long duration that end up getting approved, then can’t accept offers, & force the app to reset. -makes phone reset sometimes -forces you to close out apps because it makes your phone hot. This is some of the stuff then needs to get fixed

    I twisted my ankle and i had my ol lady finish my delivery, and a person reported my account and got me deactivated so i highly suggest not downloading the spark app

    They should let the driver be able to register in the application as many times as he wants since if someone makes a mistake in a good data, be it a social insurance number or a license number, he will never be able to fill in his information again, I think it should improve that

  • Takes Long to get accepted

    First off if you sign up, and get the page where it tells you “the zone is full”. You can no longer change your zone or change anything on your account until they choose to accept you. The time it takes to accept you can vary over several months.
