    I found TSS while 6-weeks pregnant, and it was the perfect way to stay active during pregnancy! I loved following along with Megan while she was also expecting. Fast forward to postnatal, and dealing with diastasis recti, TSS takes the guesswork out of healing the postpartum body. Thank you TSS, I get a great spicy workout without needing to load the LO in the car. 💜

    Megan is relatable and motivational. I am not a dancer by any means but I am able to follow her classes and love the sculpt aspect. I have noticed a considerable change in the tone of my muscles. I am a runner and these workouts are such a nice balance for me.

    I have been doing TSS for almost 5 years! Megan’s warmth and approachability to working out was always something I was drawn too. Now as an expecting mama, I can’t say enough about the extensive offering of prenatal classes - from sculpt to pelvic floor and stretching, it’s been my go to since I’ve felt good enough to workout during my pregnancy. Can’t recommend enough!

    I have been into health and fitness for more. than 40 years. I was a dancer, then aerobics instructor, casual runner, hiker, and a long distance road cyclist ( 35 years of peddling). I was looking to rebalance my body, my 35 year old daughter ( who looks amazing), turned me onto TSS. But advice ever. I feel better, stronger, and more balanced in areas that have been neglected. Thank you Megan and team. You are the best.

    Takes AGES to open, won’t let me sign in, and when I do won’t let any videos play. I had high hopes but wasn’t even able to try it. Need a tech support.

    I can’t say enough how this app is perfect for me at this time in my life! I’m newly pregnant (end of T1) and I have been feeling wiped out. I come from an endurance running/cycling background so I am used to long workouts and pushing my body to the limit. I struggled to adjust to this “new normal” of needing to take on less activity. I could barely even leave my house the first trimester! Enter, the Sculpt Society!! These workouts are low impact, low exertion, but high energy and they don’t make me dizzy. I can still get in my daily burn in 20-40 minutes and I feel so good afterwards. Thank you Megan and Team 🤍

    I’ve been doing TSS and using their app for 4+ years now, almost 5! I enjoy everything about TSS and it has completely changed how I feel about my body, my attitude towards working out and so much more. It is the most uplifting community and I love how they don’t tell you you have to workout for hours a day to see results. There are classes for every fitness level, with so many options for class duration, with or without equipment, etc. TSS is the first workout I’ve been able to stick with, be consistent with each week, and truly enjoy. I am not counting down the minutes until the class is over like I have done with other fitness methods. On top of that, I have seen the changes in my body that I was looking for- more toned arms, abs, legs, butt!! Thank you to Megan and the entire TSS team for creating such an amazing fitness method!

    This has been such an amazing addition to my workout routine. If you travel a lot this is for you. I can do them in a hotel room with zero equipment or just bands and sliders. There is a great variety of workout lengths as well. All the instructors are so positive and uplifting. It’s a great way to start your day!
