    if you ever have an issue and try to get a hold of their customer service, good luck! i have sent 2 emails and have yet to hear back! it's been over a week! i can't log in due to the issue and there has been no resolution to this issue!

    So that app itself is not a bad concept. Using kinks and similar interest to find people is very cool. The problem arises, however, when trying to find a match. Most spanks or crushes you get are banned accounts. When doing spanks, you can’t filter by sexual orientation or distance so you can be a straight male seeing lesbian women, and getting a subscription doesn’t fix the filtering issues either. A lot of the people you see on the sight are just scammers. Most accounts on this app haven’t been active in months so moderators need to go through and remove old accounts and/or make them undiscoverable. This ghost town of an app has potential to be great if the moderators actually took the time to moderate it. Maybe I will give them a higher rating later, but until then I can’t, on good conscience, recommend this app to anyone who is ACTUALLY trying to make connections and go on dates. UPDATE: The filtering is still nonexistent. Still a lot of inactive accounts when you go through the app. A lot of people who join keep violating community rules about financial domination and being sugar babies. And there are a lot of people who won’t put their photo on their profile, which I think should be a basic requirement for using the app. If no profile photo is added and verified within 24 hours of the account’s creation, the account should be deleted. This app is for people who are serious, and if people aren’t going to treat it that way then they need to be removed. There is also a new issue of women setting up multiple accounts in the same city, which seems very scammy. Still can’t recommend this app for anyone who is serious. You stand a better chance on FEELD than you do here.

    Love the app however the system shut down my account for some reason and attempts to contact support have gone unanswered so far so with a heavy heart I have to delete the app. If it weren’t for the issues I’d love this app.

    Thought this might be worth a try judging from some of the reviews. Don’t do it don’t spend any money on it. Most people that “like” you are a thousand miles away. And the “premium features” are not what they promise. It’s all micro transactions for “spanks of giving a gift” they say unlimited “spanks” but not what I have found. Not to mention over half the people I’ve matched with are bots.

    So I really liked this app when I first signed in. There are a lot of ways to connect with people and I had some great conversations going before my account randomly locked and kicked me out. I read all the FAQs about why the account might be locked and since none of them seemed to apply to me I reached out to support asking why I had been locked out, whether there was anything I could do to unlock my account and if not, asking how long my account was locked for. I only ever got an auto reply. I reached out three more times in the next 3 weeks, bringing the total to FOUR emails and never got anything other than the auto reply. Still locked out, still don’t know why or for how long. So I’m not sure if they have an actual support team but I have not been able to reach them at all.
