    App crashes constantly. When it does work, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to my ride, and even then, the ride will randomly freeze multiple times throughout. After the most recent update, the app simply doesn't open at all. The realistic routes are pretty to look at when they work, but my patience has run out. Looking forward to finding an app that works!

    Over the last couple of years Rouvy has seemed to have moved towards a more Digital experience which undermines some of the original benefits of Rouvy.

    A word of advice for future users: Prepare for an epic saga of bureaucratic warfare. Screenshot (with timestamps) everything and treat every interaction like you're negotiating a peace treaty with a hostile foreign power. The customer service team operates on the principle that you are guilty until proven innocent, and their interrogation tactics are top-notch. Apparently, a subscription here is less a service and more a blood oath. I suppose a profit-driven company can't be bothered with things like customer satisfaction when there's an inquisition to be held.

    App is unstable, signing in works 3 times out of 10. Everything is SOOO Slow to load. I don’t want to use up 30 minutes of my ride time clicking the log in button, only to have it disappear after typing out my full email. Yelp never asks me to log in. eBay never asks me to log in. Amazon never asks me to log in. And when it does remember me, it takes about 12 clicks to get to a ride. Each with their own little loading bar. I’ll be cancelling today.

    I used Rouvy back I think in 2021, when Rouvy was just getting into virtual training. Wow. Don’t know what I was expecting but certainly not this. Haven’t been on many rides but those experienced are very realistic, such as leaves swirling on the road after a car goes by. Ride summary stats are concise yet everything I need. HRM and smart trainer connected immediately and I have an old Cyclops Hammer.

    Made very sloppy. iOS app doesn’t support vertical use, only horizontal. Doesn’t register account changes without full app shut down. Very frustrating simple fixes. Cray that the whole app has to be horizontal when going through settings.

    I simple love the ghost feature. The ghost never quit on you. But force u to be consistent and faster every chance. Wish they allowed them in races to simulate your own team.

    Even if you cancel Your subscription on the day of they will charge you for the year without a refund. They do not send a reminder like other companies. Bad business!

    May be great if you like the platform but do not purchase unless your willing to go through 500 complicated steps just to cancel your free trial subscription. Also, don’t expect a refund even though it’s clear you used the app one time during free trial and didn’t like it.

    Really loving ROUVY! Application has paired seamlessly with my Apple TV, Tracx trainer and Garmin HRM. Workouts are engaging and they are as challenging as desired. Tons of great rides and developers are constantly updating the software. Thanks!
