    So far literally 0 of the hundreds of offers they’ve shown me actually worked. This program is not worth the time it takes to sign up for it, which is actually ridiculously complicated too. They also require permission to view your entire browsing history and every website you ever will visit in the future. Save your time and privacy. This will not save you any money. It’s all lies.

    This is a total scam. Capital One is just inserting themselves as the affiliate, cheating the actual referring affiliates out of their properly earned commission. Disgusting, dishonest cheats. Shame on you, Capital One!

    If you read this, please report this to Apple and do not download. This extension swoops in at the last second and steals any affiliate money that may have gone to you or the person you got the link from. This is the same thing as Honey which is currently part of a class action lawsuit. See Legal Eagle video regarding suing Honey. It was just uncovered as the biggest scam on YouTube and this Capital One Shopping Extension is the same thing. Tired of being robbed. Do not install this extension, do not install Honey. The only positive would be you may end up entitled to compensation for using these extensions.

    Only thing it’s good for is coupon codes sometimes. Most of the time those don’t even work. It will saw “17% off this” and then you go buy it using the link IT GIVES YOU then nothing happens, no cash back nothing. I hope to see some lawsuits soon…

    I have a capital one credit card. I open the app FOR THE CREDIT CARD. In the app it says redeem a 45$ bonus by adding downloading the app and adding the extension. I did this. Then, I find out the $45 bonus is NOT added to your credit card rewards (even though they advertise it in the same place). Then, I find out it takes 30 days for the reward to be added, and it’s added to the capital one shopping app. You have to have the capital one shopping app connected to all of your safari searches and websites. Thus, it is a scam to get all of your information so they can then sell your data. Capital One is misleading and has zero loyalty to its customers. I called and they tell me the 30 days is in the fine print (of course). The way the ad is setup is so the customer thinks it is going to their credit card rewards… I’m dropping this card. Terrible service,

    You get a pop up during your shopping checkout to down load this and save X number of dollars if you do so. You download it and install it and sign in and …. nothing. Absolutely nothing changes. There’s no savings on the checkout, there’s no cash-back, not even a coupon, absolutely nothing. SCAM!
