    I like the camera, I use it for the house, to watch the kids while I want some dad time… my only suggestion for developers is I wish I could Picture in Picture the camera while I’m doing other activities on my phone… just suggestion 🤷🏾‍♂️, other than that, great camera

    I bought the 2 camera set and they work well. However I have a big issue with the app, super buggy and glitched. I’ve updated and deleted the app and it still riddled with subpar performance. Sometimes I can access my cameras and sometimes i cannot. I contemplating returning everything because this defeats the purpose behind my purchase!

    Every time I try to load video from the SD Card that is on continuous record, I get a 'video list error' message.

    i set up sharing with my wife, setup was easy and it works great. but shared accounts don't get to see the birds list. we tried just having her use my account, but then we are constantly signing each other out because only one sign in at a time is allowed. that's extremely annoying, even if not another person. when i use my ipad, so i can see bigger and nicer videos and photos, it signs me out of my phone. once signed out of my phone, i no longer get notifications on my watch, only on my ipad. one enhancement that is really needed is to allow a setting for notifications of new bird species only. and to recognize all species in a recording. currently it only recognizes the first bird, then if others come they are ignored. so far i've actually recorded 5 species, but only 4 show because the fifth came while one of the others was already there. i can manually find it an save a photo of it, but it doesn't show up in the lists anywhere. lastly, there needs to be a way to save the beautiful photos from the species list screen, instead of needing to scan the video to find that frame and save it, crop it, etc. all of that said, i love this bird camera (OSOERI BC02) and the VicoHome app.
  • Ai not accurate

    No option to manually correct when incorrect AI bird species defected. Ai doesn’t correct it or doesn’t seem to update it even if you report that it’s incorrect many times. The Ai doesn’t seem to learn from my corrections or updates.
