  • Buggy and Can’t Adjust the Size of Subtitles

    You should be able to adjust the subtitles-they are too big for the screen. Also they should make it so there is a slider to change the speed. Trying to slow down to read the subtitles is very frustration because it is way too slow at 75x. Also you can be watching it and all of a sudden you lose the function keys and have to close the app. Viki app is MUCH better.

    This app has a lot of ads and I don’t like that fact my trying to watch the show and a random ad popped up like I understand like 1 ad now and there but no 3+ ads at the same time thank you but I won’t be watching on this app anymore

    I have been trying to watch thai gl series but all I get is reserved, is it a glitch or what beautiful spending money for a year subscription just to not be able to see what you want when it exclusive to the app is dissatisfied. The shows I have been trying to watch are petrichor the series and harmony secret. The only possible is going through google and looking up the video.

    I recently subscribed to watch Harmony Secret, but it’s not appearing on the app despite its release last week. However, other users are able to access and watch it.

    So for the show I wanted to watch you could only watch the first episode for free and every episode after you can only watch with a subscription. So I looked and saw that the monthly one is only $9 so I figured it was worth it to buy. As I'm buying the monthly subscription it changes to the yearly one for $120. I was so mad but thought that maybe I accidentally clicked on the yearly one before making my purchase. So I canceled the yearly subscription (even tho it had already gone through to my bank) and tried to buy the monthly one again. I made sure 100% this time that the monthly one was clicked and when I tried to buy it again it changed to the yearly one. So this app scammed me for $120. Don't recommend

    If you do not have a tv with this app, don’t spend your money. I’ve been a customer for YEARS!!!! I can never log in on a Roku device. I’m SO ANNOYED. Every other app has the easiest login. Scam a QR. not this one. I’ve reset my Password. I was asked to register my Account. Not I’ve been paying for years and I need to register tonight! It’s raggedy and tech support is nonexistent.
