  • Be aware the $29.99 fee will confuse you as an additional $66.65 3 months fee

Signed up for a subscription for a 30 day free trial didn’t like the app and when I cancelled they said they could not refund money as it was there policy and charged me the whole month right away instead of what was shown. “One week trial 6.93- 4 week plan” ridiculous I wish I could post the pictures

Repeatedly, I will meet the step goal and earn the celebratory screen in WalkFit. The next day, my step count is lowered to a lower number and any achievements adjusted. I enjoy the app otherwise, but this problem really defeats the motivational aspects of the app.

I have been using this awesome app for months now and now my workouts won’t update. I have completed my workouts but they won’t go to new workouts like the last time I completed a set. Can someone help me. Thanks.

App doesn’t track properly and is very glitchy. I went back and forth with Nicole from customer service for a refund and asked to speak to someone that could help. It was very strange because I received an email from a person introducing themselves as Peter only for him to sign the email from Nicole again. It’s shady and this app is clearly a scam.

I would have given it ZERO stars if I could. I’ve had a pop-up on mine telling me to add them to the health on my phone……which I did. The pop-up will not go away so, you can’t use the app. When I ask for a refund I was told all sales are final but they will let me keep it for 1 full year for free. That’s doesn’t fix the issues, I’m just out my money.
  • Scam? Customer support no response

I wanted to give this app a try but didn’t want to get stuck with a subscription so I opted to pay for a supposedly ONE time charge to use the app for one week. Little did I know, it auto renewed and charged my account $38.95 for one month. I emailed customer support for a refund on day 8 when I found out my account has been charged. No response whatsoever. I sent another email, but now it’s just frustrating. It’s seems like a scam and didn’t really like it because it’s just another walking app and definitely not worth almost $40 a month. Customer support, please contact me and address this issue.

I was drawn to this app after seeing countless well-crafted TikTok and Facebook ads. If the developers had spent as much time improving the app as they did on the ads, they might have a decent product. As a longtime Apple consultant, I’ve downloaded thousands of apps to try out, and this one clearly lacks thought and expertise. It feels like they followed a basic plan for interval training from a book and slapped together a workout app that simply times you and offers minimal guidance. There are numerous bugs, which they suggested I fix by offloading and reloading the app. The issues include ghost workouts being recorded without any data and podcast apps pausing the moment you start a walk, preventing their use while working out. Other little quirks as well. There’s no customization for the layout, and the Apple Watch interface is nearly unreadable, with such small font that you’d have to stop your workout to squint at it. That’s a problem because they want you to follow a certain pace, but the information is too small to read easily. The app also lacks essential features like audio cues to let you know if you’re going too fast or too slow—a significant oversight. It doesn’t even give you a heads-up about what’s coming next, so if you’re using a treadmill, you have no warning before a 60-second fast walk starts. By the time your treadmill adjusts, it’s already time to slow down. I purchased a three-month subscription, but within the first week, I knew it wasn’t worth it. When I tried to cancel, I found a very prominent “cancel” button in the app, but clicking it redirected me to a web browser where my subscription appeared on a webpage—without any clear option to cancel. After searching around, I finally clicked a random triangle, which revealed a hidden cancel button. When I clicked it, they pulled the classic trick of offering to notify me three days before the next charge, hoping I’d miss that window and be charged another $70 for the next round. Super shady. Why can’t companies just let us cancel easily and move on? there are way better apps out there with feature sets that will blow you away. don’t buy.

I appreciate the guidance for a varied pace to power up my waking. Just placing my phone in my pocket during the workout, I bring a professional coach and cheerleader on my walk!
