I have been using this app for approximately five months. I really loved it in the beginning. The walks were varied, along with the warm-ups and the cool downs. Within the past couple of months the app goes back-and-forth between only two different walks and the warm-ups and cool downs are exactly the same each day. I did reach out to CUSTOMER SERVICE and they have been unable to address the issue and now are requesting that I send screenshots, which is very difficult. I have canceled my subscription which is valid until mid October. If they can get the situation fixed by then I will gladly resubscribe.

I don’t know why this app won’t let you explore the program before making you input all of your data. I just delete it. If you won’t show your program options without collecting my private info, I’m out.
  • I’m so excited to start this journey.

I can tell it’s a lifestyle change and I’m so ready. It’s not too much. Just right for my age and disability.

I downloaded this app on a whim after seeing a commercial on instagram. The pros are that it’s not pushy. The reminders are gentle, and encouraging. I like that I get reminders about how many steps I’ve taken. The step count can be inaccurate at times but you just have to refresh the main page.

I really looked forward to this app. I have a circular running or walking track in my backyard and I thought this would motivate me to use it. However, the step count does not understand that you are walking if you do not walk in a straight line and cover miles. So turning on the feature in the app that tells it that you are on a walk still will tell you that you have taken less than 100 steps even after you have run for half an hour. I find that I am discouraged rather than encouraged to exercise by this app.

I did the treadmill for about 35 minutes at an incline of two at varying speeds 2, 2.5 and 3. Was just a little bit dizzy afterwards, however, given about 10 minutes to cool down, I’m good now!

So far so good! I needed something to help me plan out what I need to do each day and this app seems to do it. I’ll have to reevaluate after the 12 week subscription ends. It might be worth extending it, if I am able to see some improvement.
