I only had this app for a month, but it was helpful. I just could not afford to re-new it.

This app may be helpful to some but it’s not worth the cost. I cancelled well before the end of the trial bc if the cost. I was charged anyway and when I immediately requested a refund, was denied but offered a free one year subscription. In lieu of a refund. I did not accept the offer in my reply but the bot they use interpreted my email as acceptances TWICE! I deserve and want a refund.

I’m new to the app, paid for a 3-month subscription. When I attempt to start a workout, it does not load, it beeps a few times then says “workout completed”. The video never loads and I’m awarded a medal for having done nothing but hold my phone hoping to do the workout.

This app is not worth the $30 you will pay monthly. Get a free app that does the same thing. The customer service is also not great so highly recommended you look elsewhere for something like this.

I tried the trial. Sent a message to customer service requesting it be canceled. They did not see action. Charged my credit card over $200 and refused to refund stating that I did not cancel in time. The clearly are more concerned with taking money then actually helping anyone!

This app is underwhelming to put it nicely.

A month into using the app, I can say overall I enjoy the varied walking workouts and tracking of completed workouts. A glaring shortcoming is the inability to view upcoming workouts. I would like to know ahead of time how much time a workout will take so I can plan. It’s not fun waking up and being surprised by a “long walk” (45+ minutes) and not having budgeted that time. There isn’t an option to split the workout, so this means that a long workout might have to get pushed later in the day and less likely to be completed.
