  • No steps recorded

I started this app on Saturday and connected my Fitbit because I have it always on me. On Sunday I was in bed with a migraine most of the day, but still took an evening walk I recorded with the app. Monday, I went way above my step count including a walk I recorded with the app. The app is saying I did absolutely nothing Sunday and Monday even though the walks I did I started the recording button. I’m paying for this and if it isn’t going to record/save even the information from its own app what is the point?

Currently the walking weight loss walk fit app does not integrate with my current Amazon band. I was so looking forward to it when it came time to renew. I made the decision that because it wasn’t able to integrate. I did not see the value in keeping it on, however, the customer service department encouraged me to use it and was Helpful, understanding my reasons and went ahead and offered me a highly discounted subscription for the year so that I can still take advantage of their tool and I appreciate it that outreach.
  • Very Helpful for Starting Daily Fitness Routine

I have had the app for 29 days and completed the daily goals each day. In addition, I’ve completed a few extra challenges. I find the exercise routines to be easy to follow. Each day is different routines so it’s not boring.
  • Subverting the App Store with unauthorized charges

Imagine my surprise getting a notification that my credit card was charged a month after I canceled my subscription with this app. Imagine being further surprised when I find out that there is an account being held without my awareness on the app’s website that I was still being charged. Bad business, man.

I signed up for the yearly subscription for $80 but shortly after, every MONTH I was being charged an additional $30. I canceled my subscription right away and still (a couple months later) I’m still getting charged monthly!! There is no phone number to get in contact with someone to fix this. The only way to contact someone is to fill out a form. I filled out the form and got an automated response telling me how to cancel my subscription. MY SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED. They just keep charging me!

Yes, another scamming app. I signed up for $11.99 a month. I was just charged almost $70 for another three months. Nope nope nope nope nope nope.. These apps should be removed from the App Store. Pricing should be clear. Buyer beware.
  • Auto renewal with no other choice

Would give zero stars if I could. I didn’t realize until I got a fraud alert on my bank card that this was set up for auto renewal. I canceled my membership, and they can clearly see on their end that I never used the app, so I asked for a refund seeing as though I canceled the day the auto renewal happened. Well, they won’t refund my money. Auto renewal is a sham, and a great way to get people to pay for things they don’t use. Which I didn’t, don’t, and won’t. Who else out there lives paying for things they aren’t using? Yeah, me either. Just know that your money is gone, even if it’s the day the renewal happens, and nothing on the app was used. That kind of business is sheisty at best. Poor customer service, and I will make sure to let everyone know so they don’t get screwed out of their hard earned money, FOR NOTHING, like I did. DON’T DOWNLOAD!!
  • Automatically Renews

Ap does not provide a notice for renewal and will automatically charge your card on file without permission. No grace or warning to cancel subscription. Renewal fee was extreme at $67 for 3 months.

Signed up under a discounted rate. Got charged almost FORTY for one month. Absolutely ridiculous and won’t refund even though the renewal went through less than an hour before I reached out for support. As a part time working college student, I cannot afford this. Absolutely disgusting.
