    This app is awesome for easy consistency. Great for seeing incremental improvement. By the time an episode of housewives is finished I can do a walk. I recommend this app to anyone looking to introduce extra movement in to their routine. 4 stars only due to the variability in step count accuracy. However, combined with my watch phone and smart ring I find it gives a fairly accurate average. The Tai Chi and indoor walking are my favorites.

    The app is great as long as you want to pay for it. The $34.99 add on cost was too much. When I cancelled that charge, I got locked out of the $15.99 app I paid for!

    Love the exercises and I’m feeling pretty good about all the movements I’m doing. I’m thinking the only thing I have an issue with is the step counts. Not even close to what my Fitbit records.

    I have tried many exercise apps, this is by far the best. It is easy to access the workouts and there is a great variety of things to do. I love the daily ten minute workouts the best.

    I’ve not lost any weight with WalkFit, but it does get me moving, my blood circulating and now I’ve incorporated weights and I’ve continued with my power walking. I actually intended to cancel, but waited too late, not because I don’t like it, just not seeing the results other advertisements offer. I don’t think I’ll continue after these 3 months.

    This is a fascinating app in accountability to oneself from a physically fit standpoint. It tracks activities and gradually increases difficulty while being encouraging and disciplined at the same time. Seeing the accomplishments in real time creates a perspective of viewing your accomplishments from a real time situation and for some strange reason, it will literally motivate you to go a little longer next time or a little further. If an individual can muster the discipline to become incrementally better daily in lieu of a 3 hour gym session where they get sore and tired and then quit, then obesity would not be as prevalent as it is in the US.
