    Do not download this app and definitely do not subscribe to anything! I downloaded this app in hopes to accomplish my own at home mental health journey but all I got was scammed. The app wasn’t really fitting my needs o I thought I deleted my subscription and account but turns out I have been getting charged monthly since my initial download about a year ago. The charges suddenly stopped so I let it go but now I’m getting charged again! The app doesn’t even show up on my “apps” folder nor does the subscription cause it was SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELED. I’ve redownload the app now looking for customer service to try and get my money back, for at the very least, this month… but apparently that’s gotta be impossible too. Do better!

  • THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION

    I completed an online test with them and in order to give me the results they asked for my card to pay $1 and when I paid the pain I thought they would give me the results by email like normal people (noooo) they made me download this application that is useless, since when I signed up I could never see the result of my test. Then after 7 days they charged me 22 dollars, which at no time was I informed they were going to charge me and when I try to cancel that plan that I did not choose, it won't let me cancel. I want a full refund

    Didn’t provide promised service. Multiple billing. Convoluted subscription cancellation path that doesn’t work, still getting billed despite getting new card. App Store provided my new card to this app. So Breeze is still backdoor billing. Worst service ever.

    They make you pay a Monthly subscription just to find out if your traumatized or not basically this apps making capital off your mental and emotional problems don’t waste your time not finna pay rent prices and half my check a month trying to find out what’s wrong with me and this is why people don’t trust the medical system screw y’all.

    I did a free trial of this app and due to the price, canceled my subscription and deleted it a week before my free trial was over. Tonight, you guys charged my card anyways! I really hope this was some type of error. If the company reaches back out to me to fix things, I will edit my review.

  • Extreme lack of communication and ways of recovering accounts

    The last four days I have been trying to reach somebody to properly cancel my subscription. To my own mistake I accidentally missed typed my Gmail account and I have been in contact with somebody to trying to recover my account or canceling my subscription and I have been going back-and-forth, giving them the same information constantly the last couple of days. It is to the point where I am about to cancel my own car just to get a new one to no longer get this charged because it seems that nobody knows what they’re doing and covering an account. They don’t have a phone number to reach. They can only reach you through email. The only way to recover an account is to use your email and the email that I used. It says it cannot be found. I used Apple Pay to pay for my subscription and I have given them the time date and all the required information and yet they still can’t find my account. This app is terrible.

    I got charged for a subscription that I never requested. When I downloaded the app to cancel said subscription. They told me I don’t even have an account, so how did I get charged for a subscription. Update: after multiple attempts, I finally got a response from what appears to be a real human being ! They still will not refund my money. They claim to have canceled my subscription. My bank is going to dispute this and try and get my money. Back! I strongly do NOT recommend even clicking on this app to investigate it. Apple has no record of the subscription, they claim I requested. Horrible customer service! And they’re supposed to be dealing with mental health! The irony should not be lost! Update: I was given a 50% refund. However, my bank is pursuing a full refund, as there is no evidence that I ever requested the subscription! Read through the comments, and you’ll notice the generic AI generated response from the developers. They do not address the specific issues in the review.

    I cancelled this App in Feb 2024 and I found they kept charging me throughout 2024. Shame on this app and their team. I am filing for a refund with my bank.
