  • Beware being charged sneakily

I signed up for a one week trial for $1, double clicked purchase and then a pop up popped up as my toddler came over to me and suddenly I was charged $14.99 for a guide. Without having to side click again. I did not get a chance to read the pop up as my finger hovered and when I contacted the company in confusion and related my situation about being on maternity leave and not being able to afford this accidental purchase, they refused to return my money, stating immediate guide delivery ( which I do not even know where I'd go to access this anyway or what kind of guide it even is) Really disappointed as I was excited to try out their service but I immediately canceled my trial and deleted my app due to the abysmal customer service. Shame on these people for taking advantage of people just looking for some self help with trauma. Do yourself a favor and don't accidentally purchase something you didn't intend to.

They charge you for the test. Then they sneak in the $30 subscription. But link it via their web app so its difficult to cancel via the mobile app.

I signed up using the sliding fee scale option expecting a low-cost or one-time experience. Instead, I was charged $14.99 for a subscription I did not knowingly enroll in. The app’s interface is cluttered and confusing, with multiple prompts and actions that make it easy to unintentionally trigger a paid subscription. At no point did I clearly consent to recurring billing. Presenting a sliding fee scale while funneling users into a subscription through unclear design feels misleading. I would not have agreed to a $14.99 recurring charge had it been clearly disclosed.

I was asked what I wanted to pay I paid the $1. Well then 3 minutes later my card was charged without my consent for another $15. I do not recommend this app at all.

Test results aren’t accurate, subscription is a joke. $1 for two weeks and then get charged $14.99, a minute later. INCREDIBLY hard to unsubscribe.
  • DISGUSTING SCAM APP

This is a SCAM app disguised as a self help app. They played word games to get more money out of you and within their terms they have NO REFUND POLICY. Any product with such term is extremely likely to be those that can’t make any profit out of their actual content, but have to trick people into buying their useless products. I came across their test online and wanted to see my results. I paid $1 for that, but somewhere during that there’s a small line saying that you also agreed to pay $14.99 for the ‘premium plan’ on their app. The term is hidden and it states that they won’t give you any refund after the purchase. I thought well they took my money at least I got a self help app with guidance, right? No, it’s the complete opposite. The app has free: 1. More tests(personality test, EQ test, lover response type test, etc) which you can find free everywhere on the internet. The ‘results’ they gave are ambiguous statements that can be interpreted any way you wanted. 2. Two ‘calming games’: one flower clicking game, and one you can touch the screen to make ripples on water. 3. Record your moods and days. You can do that on other free apps as well. If you are a iPhone user they even have specific free apps for those features. NOTHING USEFUL IS IN THIS SCAM APP. What kind of people would use others mental problems to scam?? Just disgusting.
