    I paid $1 for a trial, another $15 for something I have no clue if charged me for, and then another $30 for the monthly subscription, all while receiving the error message “subscription failed” and not being able to use ANY services that I paid for. I thought the subscription failed and I wasn’t charged, but that wasn’t the case. When I contacted customer service they said they would not refund any funds paid as it was against their policy, even though the services I paid for were never rendered. It’s all a money scam. Don’t waste your time.

    they essentially lock you into the trial and give you no way to unsubscribe if you made your account through Facebook. Horrible people, horrible company, fake mission statement, fraudulent business pushing a useless app. Save yourself some time money and stress and go to therapy instead. There is nothing of value within this app.

  • Canceled my subscription same day

    I cancelled my subscription the same day I downloaded and I have proof of the cancelation. Would upload the photo if I could. Yet the app keeps trying to process payment. Do not download. It’s still charging me and I’ve done everything I can to cancel this. It’s fraud straight up fraud.

    I have had to “cancel” this subscription three times. I have sent emails, cancelled my account online, and they still continue to take money out of my account. At first it was $20+ and it’s $8 and some change. I understand the first one being charged because I forgot to cancel the trail period. There was nothing helpful to me for mental health. I’d rather spend my money on actually therapy.

    I’ve been trying to cancel for sometime, but nothing is working. I called the bank and will have to go in person to have this stopped. What exactly was I supposed to be getting for 29.99? Big mistake to get this app. Shame on you Breeze. Scamming people trying to get mental health? Not a good look.

    In December 2023 I downloaded the app and signed up for the week trial. Before the trial was over I canceled my subscription. They have been fraudulently charging me as recently as 2/10/2025. Requests to Apple, the Developer and even my bank has not resolved the issue.
