All they want is money and they charge you even if you cancel

This app is a scam. They direct you to sign up on their website instead of the app. I had no notifications or reminders to a subscription renew and was charged for it without my permission. Then I asked for a refund and they said they would not issue it to me, but proceeded to cancel the subscription that I unknowingly paid for.

Speaking as someone who studied psychology with the goal of therapy; this app is bad news. The ads are predatory and manipulative with the goal to pray on your vulnerability. The company makes it impossible to cancel. This is pure exploitation; there are better alternatives than this.

You’ll regret getting this app, just scam and customer service stupid dumb.

I saw an ad for this app and it seemed to be great. I downloaded it right away and wanted to take a few tests. Every single test I clicked on wanted me to pay! EVERY ONE! So they shouldn’t advertise this like it’s free. If it’s a good app idc to pay, but this one is almost $40 a month and that’s too high for an app. Smh greedy!!

Do not get this subscription it says it's through apple but it is actually through the website. Doesn't let you can cancel the subscription until after you are charged and will NOT refund!

I sent in a request for a cancellation of my subscription on September 21 and the confirmation in the app stated that the request was being reviewed/processed and didn’t think anything about it. I check my bank account on 10/17 and I have a charge for $29.99. Long story short, I was denied a refund because they saw it was cancelled on 10/11, AFTER renewal. Why did it take them 15 days to cancel my subscription?! Somebody did not do their job and now I’m out $30. I sent the dispute to my bank. Terrible.

I, like many others I saw review this App, have had major issues trying to cancel the subscription we never signed up for. I had to cancel twice and I’m still out $$. I simply took a quiz online, paid $1.00 for it, but never received the results. Instead they unknowingly signed me up for the monthly subscription, definitely a Predatory Practice. I’ve seen enough of these same complaints online, perhaps it’s time for a class action lawsuit against this company. At a minimum: don’t take their quiz or download their app; if you’ve already done that I recommend filing a complaint with the BBB, US FTC/Consumer Protection Bureau, as well as your State’s Consumer Protection Bureau!

This app is a payment scam. They will continue to charge your card after you cancel subscription or after you only pay for 1 service. Do not use, do not put in card info. Report.

I have spoken to customer service 3 times now about my account being charged AFTER cancellation. If you want to be able to easily cancel an app that is not what you expected, or do not want to use anymore, I do not suggest using this app.
