What is even more concerning is the company’s refusal to offer returns or refunds, a practice that is not only unethical but completely contrary to best standards in digital commerce. Mental health is not a marketing commodity to be exploited for profit. It is a serious, sensitive issue that requires care, integrity, and accountability. By delivering a product that lacks promised functionality, fails to provide a clear path for self-discovery or personal connection, and withholds honest communication about costs, this company demonstrates a clear intent to benefit from distressed customers rather than support them. As an angry and disappointed customer, I find these tactics unacceptable, manipulative, and harmful. This is not how mental health services should operate, and I urge others to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this product.

    Be careful if you “try out” this app. It’s not easy to cancel and appealing to customer service won’t help. They won’t refund your money. Definitely not worth 30/month.

    I used this app for a week. Canceled my subscription and still getting charged $30 a month. I logged into my account and it doesn’t even show I still have a subscription. Since then my account has been deleted but I keep getting charged.

    I did not use the app for very long, as i had some issues while using it. The customer service team was responsive, awesome and so helpful. I can’t speak for the app, but my customer service experience was great

    I cancelled my subscription for this app MONTHS ago, yet am continuing to be charged EVERY month! I have tried to go to the app, I have tried canceling my subscription again only to be told that I don’t have a subscription! Then, if I don’t have a subscription, WHY ARE YOU STILL CHARGING MY CARD?!?!? I am disputing the charges, but I DEMAND a refund!
