    I have used this app for about a week and a half thinking it might be a better version of shop. It has Not worked for a single package… 2 packages never showed up on the app, one Amazon package that was delivered yesterday still says it’s in the shipping phase and the package I ordered that recommended using this app says carrier tracking issue. My other tracking app I use has had no problem with any of these though and has worked no problem

    This app is completely worthless. It doesn’t track any of my orders just says awaiting eta and a tracking number. If I copy the tracking number to the ups tracking lookup I can get an accurate date. So what’s the point of downloading this app? There isn’t one Pros:nothing Cons: doesn’t track packages If I could give this a zero star I would.

    For it to really work you have to grant it access to your email :( Otherwise you can’t rename or add details to packages. The web interface is really limited in that you can’t add a package. Everything has to be done through the app and by granting it access to your email. Bummer

    Worked great the first few weeks. Started noticing bugs. Wrong pictures. Duplicates with no pictures or description. Very delayed on notifications. Sometimes just creates the order and thats where it ends. Wont track or give more info. Great concept. Poor execution.

    lots of orders duplicating, I get the wrong merchant name all the time and you can’t even change anything yourself if anything is incorrect. I only have this app because I couldn’t track my gundam planet (I think) orders without it, it’s been both nice but at the same time pretty useless when I can just use usps tracking most of the time. Helpful when you place lots of orders at the same time but beware of lost of listings having incorrect information and duplicating usually with no items listed in their duplicate. Was pretty grueling initially setting up the app and having to delete so many packages that had duplicated or already delivered months ago. Good, decent app, but not great, sorry y’all

    Used to be pretty solid. Now I have to sign in constantly to get Amazon devices info on Route. Looking for something better.

    Other tracking systems are simple. This one seems to be inaccurate and complex. Every product through this has taken an extraordinary long time. Very lame
