I tried to get the backbone subscription and I bought it but it just kept saying I didn’t pay for it, other then that I love it so much.

It’s pretty straightforward sure at first the controller might not pair up with games but after a bit it will other than that no issues just take some tweaking to get used it

I paid for the annual subscription after the trial ended. Now, almost 2 months later, my account is still not showing as subscribed. Customer service is useless, just a bot that eventually turns into radio silence. Backbone took my money and left me hanging dry

My backbone is now not working and I got the subscription like a couple days prior idk what to do.

Everything it great just wish the backbone was a little more stronger and had more weight to it
