    This is the best sampler you can currently get on iOS. It’s packed with features and quite stable (rarely crashes). It’s not the most intuitive software to learn. But, once you understand how it works it’s not too bad. I will be using it heavily for my next project. I do have an annoying bug to report, though: If you run the app in AUv3 mode within AUM and set pads to import using ‘System’ you get stuck in the file menu unless you import a file. You can’t tap on an X to back out.

    Been using this app since 2019 and I can fully say that it’s changed my life for the better not to hate on hardware but using this is the easiest thing for me and has boosted my mental health drastically by how much access I have to creating music before I had to set up my equipment and load in drums from a floppy disk and sometimes my brain isint in the right mental space to do all of that so being open to simply open a application to get started made things 1000 times easier this is single handingly the best app I’ve ever purchased

    I’ve been using this app for 4 years now and I’ve created over 100 projects with ease. I can go on and on about how happy I am with Koala and how it’s so easy to operate, enabling me to quickly produce full arrangements, which I had Trouble doing on a traditional CPU. One thing I really like about koala is how fast I receive replies from the technical team with any issues that I come across. They are extremely proactive about procuring solutions for the best experience with this app. THE MOST UNIQUE and UNDERRATED feature that sets Koala apart from the rest is the ability to share an entire project file through TEXT! Instead of the time consuming “stems“ type of sharing. Which is an available feature. As well as sending midi sequences like I said I can go on and on and on and on and on, and on.

    If you’re thinking about making hiphop beats (or music in any genre) this is a great app to start with. It’s very intuitive and easy to learn. It will save you money (you won’t have to dive into buying expensive gear right off the bat). It’s also very useful even if you are already a seasoned vet; great for making beats on the go for people with busier lifestyles. One of my personal favorite features is the ping pong looping.

    Why not just charge a fair price for a complete app instead of separating all of the features into several purchases so that the app doesn’t work until you buy this and then that and then whatever. Just release a complete product. 🙃

    Please add mpe to pads like Akai Pro’s MPC Live III. Let the mpe features be manipulated both in the app and hardware like Synido TempoPad c16 and other external devices. Next, when playing Koala in landscape mode, allow users to arrange the layout of the pads to be in rows and columns of 4 or more. Let users change pad colors. Allow feature that changes color when pad is hit. Please add “undo” button on screen, also.     It’s a Very good app except for the fact that anytime I’m doing something in iCloud like opening a video , for some unknown reason koala will open instead of my video file . it doesn’t allow me to view any of my saved videos . I have tried everything and I don’t understand why it would attempt to open any videos. After purchasing the app along with some additional content I’ve had to delete the app from my devices until I receive feedback or a fix from the developers
