  • Used to be great

I used to love using Copilot, but the last few months has been nothing but issues. The credit card transactions stop importing and the only solution the support team can give is to reimport which duplicates everything. I have to do this every week, which is absolutely pointless. Very annoyed I purchased this for a year as it’s absolutely useless now.
  • My Mint replacement

Okay so I never write reviews but I’ve been desperately looking for a budgeting app to get back on track with after Mint shut down ages ago. The UI is easy to understand and I love the color coding and icons. Totally worth the subscription in my option. Everyone in the family is logged in and knows what’s going on with our finances now. Amazing!!
  • Investments Do Not Track Correctly

All of my investments accounts are way off of the actual balance in them. My 401 is less than half what it actually is, and then my Robinhood account is a good 30% higher than it should be. Not sure where it’s pulling the numbers, but if you are planning to use this mainly for investment tracking, steer clear.

This app is deeply frustrating to use. Don’t be fooled by the emojis and the flashy AI claims. It looks great, slick, shiny, fresh, etc. but the main question is “does it reliably help me keep track of my finances.” Emphasis on *reliably.* The answer is NO. The app randomly stops updating accounts and if you dare try to manage your connection, you risk losing your historical data. Plaid connection is hit or miss. Customer service response is painfully slow. Website lacks useful information for how to troubleshoot. This app simply not ready for prime time. I had enough with chasing down answers and I am moving on to another budgeting app.
  • Almost perfect

This app does a great job at tracking expenses, however it seems to incorrectly track the balance on some of my credit cards. I’ve tried removing them and re-adding them and it doesn’t fix the error. It would be perfect if it accurately reflected this information so I could quickly see how much my total debt is at any given time, but because it doesn’t I’m still having to open and close individual apps to figure this out.
  • No WeBull integration

    1
    By Markus Weldon
Claims to support integrations with popular investment brokerages but doesn’t support WeBull. Even when cheaper alternatives do support WeBull. All of Copilots integrations are kneecapped by Plaid. Plus this team never communicates or provides general updates to their user base, be warned.
  • Loving the app so far

Nice. Simple. Has tons of customization. Not as confusing. Overall, has more benefits than Rocket Money for the same price.
  • Phenomenal

Ditch antiquated finance apps and move to the future. If Apple made a money and budget tracking software this would be it. Copilot is simple and intuitive to use, oh, and they let you make recommendations for what you want before developing it. I used Mint until they got axed, then Rocket Money, then EveryDollar, then YNAB, then NerdWallet, and then I found Copilot. If you think about money management as an ocean those apps are like trying to cross with a canoe, good luck! Copilot is like the Bezos yacht, which do you want to get aboard?
  • App performance is not tenable

I absolutely loved this app but lately the MacOS app has taken such a hit to performance it’s nearly unusable. Every single click lags for multiple seconds and there’s a lack of user feedback so I find myself clicking over and over making sure I actually performed the action. If performance doesn’t improve this year I will be unfortunately unsubscribing.
  • Great App, but NEEDS Web App

Great app, but boy do I wish I could use it on my Windows PC. Being utterly tied to the Apple environment only is quite obnoxious and may cause me to switch off of it soon if they don't introduce a web app. Also, the Amazon sync integration is flaky at best but a TREMENDOUS idea, it just doesn't pull all the data at once... you have to click sync 10-20x to get everything after logging in every use.
