    I used to love tracking my money, for much different reasons, back when Mint was around. Copilot takes everything a step forward, adding in investment accounts and making it easy to track and categorize my budgets and expenses. The one thing I’d ask for is an AI chat where I can ask about my finances i.e. how much did I spend on groceries in 2025. Otherwise this is an amazing app, I just renewed my subscription!

    I test drove this and Monarch side by side and imo Copilot is the way to go. Cash flow, net worth, and individual investment tracking is excellent. And it’s a far better visual which isn’t a small thing imo. The Category or Budget section is excellent as well, and it didn’t take long at all to customize. Then it learns your behavior very quickly and nearly takes over. The “Smart Wand” or AI budget balancing feature is beautiful. It’s nice to adjust and shift the category budgets mid-month without affecting the overall budget.

    Displays net worth which is a plus. Tracks debt but doesnt allow you to add value of vehicles or anything. Still pretty good

  • Everything you want out of a finance app

    I’ve tried soo many different finance apps and nothing was giving me the level of organization and customizeability that I wanted. I had resorted to manually inputting things into a linked excel until I found this. It’s everything I was looking for. And their help chat is actually helpful, unlike most auto answer chats.

    Could be really useful if i could figure out how to change the budgets. to a simple person just trying to manage a simple budget, this was not user friendly to figure out. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to of back and delete certain budget sections, and theres so many categories on the main page i had no idea what it was telling me about my finances. Just, no. I miss the old Mint finances app. That was extremely straight forward and user friendly. This app is set up kind of like that which is why i downloaded the app but this is like a way more complicated version. Finances dont need to be this difficult

    Works great for me. I’m a fan. I tried a couple of free systems before this and always struggled with their ability to analyze both the small and big picture of my finances. Also, the ability to keep my accounts connected varied, which works pretty effortlessly with this app.

    There are only a few things you have to get right when it comes to a budgeting app; And sadly, one of them - integration of your financial institutions - is not well executed on this app. Specifically, they are seemingly highly reliant on 3rd party integrations. When those go down (at a frequency of: A LOT) you are blind to your money trail through the app. Meanwhile, this team has seemingly no control of the outcome towards resolve and no means of updating their users of timelines or expectations. If you are not OK with having various bank connections falter for weeks or months on end from time to time, this app is not for you.
