  • Decent

So far so good. Just downloaded the app and have uploaded most of my accounts. Takes some time to correctly categorize incoming and outgoing transactions, butI can appreciate the clean and simple aesthetic.
  • Good Effort But Not Accurate

Unfortunately the app fails to deliver real time and to recognize categories correctly. Not always accurate and behind what my accounts actually were.
  • Bad filters

Honestly, the filter on transactions tab is very vague and doesn’t work sufficiently. We need more detailed filter like date range inside of the month and search by note not just merchant name.
  • Problem with App

I’m so disappointed. I was really looking forward to us app. app is stuck with an arrow and spinning timer. It won’t load completely. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled. I’ve completely shut down my iPad and restarted. Same problem! I let it run for about 10 minutes and the Home Screen finally came on.
  • Literally almost perfect!

This is by far the best and most consistent budgeting app I’ve used and I’m coming from YNAB/Mint/Rocket Money. Transactions are reliably always there and can finally track ALL of my accounts including Apple Card , Coinbase, and all of my bank accounts! Additionally they have a great Mac app for desktop, which I also use! All in all, best budgeting app I’ve used! Now onto the “Almost Perfect” part “Reviewing” a transaction on IOS is a bit clunky. Each TX takes several taps. And since yall have those nice rules, most transactions just need to be looked at. My suggestion, which would make this a perfect app is make a process where you can swipe or scroll through the TXs to review them and easily set the category. Like Tinder for transaction viewing. It would greatly reduce friction to review and set categories!

  • Problem with Apple Card

So this is a good app as long as you don’t use Apple Card. Issues with it updating transactions. Was supposed to make my life easier.
  • Doesn’t scan for new recurring charges

I just learned from Support that copilot doesn’t actively scan for new recurring charges or new subscriptions. So I’m cancelling…
  • Terrible UX for Goal Allocations

Is there really no option to enter an amount when allocating money from an account towards a goal? The slider interface is ridiculous and unusable. Impossible to set an amount accurately. How does this work for anyone with motor impairment?
  • Third Budgeting App

I have three budgeting apps right now: Monarch, Copilot and Rocket Money. I use them for the same accounts to budget my spending, and each provides different features that I love. Copilot goes above and beyond when it comes to the graphics and reports it creates. Also the widgets are amazing. While I love all three of the apps, I’m most likely going to keep this one and Monarch. Two feature requests I’d like to see: credit score tracking and for budgets to be customized so I can do them biweekly instead of monthly. On the page where we vote for the next features we want Copilot to work on, the budget customization option has the most votes by far compared to any other suggestion. Yet it still isn’t in line for it to be made. My only criticism is: what’s the point of voting and asking our feedback on feature requests if they just end up being ignored?
