You can't try, before paying?..bad practice

I recorded a very important call and one day it just disappeared. I reached out to support who told me I had no usage on the app. I paid for the app for 2 years just to have this recorded call. Now it’s totally gone and there’s nothing I can do and they are telling me I never even recorded a call.

Uses conference calling and merging like Tape a Call and you miss the first few seconds of the call. It’s falsely advertised in the Apple App Store description and videos.

I did the paid subscription and on my first call, the recording stopped at 8 minutes. My call was 30 minutes long so I missed 22 minutes of it. Ugh!!

The screenshots demonstrating this app are phony. They show a button on the iPhone phone call screen that allows you to tap it once to record and that is not at all the case. You have to start the app and then open the phone and then merge the call and do lots of other stuff you can't just press one button and start recording. Not nearly as easy as convenient as they would have you think. Canceled my free trial after five minutes

Does not work properly most of the time and the set up is slow and clunky. Pretty much entirely useless in most scenarios. I would try to get my 50 dollars back but most likely they would fight it. Seems like the type of company to take your money and deliver shovelware garbage.

Terrible Terrible

That didn’t work properly, then the cancellation through their app did not work. I was able to cancel through Apple with Apple support help, but I definitely don’t think it’s worth $7.99 a week
