    I’ve used it for a few years. Recently there’s a couple of ecards that kick me out of the app (Whomp and It’s Your Thing) and there’s no way to contact the developer. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it but no change. Looks like I won’t renew if it doesn’t get fixed.

    Great app. Easy to send e-cards via text but disappointed as there are several fairly common names missing and one cannot type a name in. I thought the app used to allow that

  • App won’t open

    The app worked great until recently when it won’t open. If it does open, selecting an item to customize immediately exits the app. Contacting App Support through the American Greetings link or Apple yields nothing so there is no help available. This has been going on for a few weeks. I’ve canceled my subscription which is paid through September because I can’t use the app.

    I really like this app and I use it on a regular basis but it hasn’t been updated for a long time and I now struggle to open it through my phone even though I’ve deleted it and re-added the app. The only way I can open it is through the App Store so it’s a little bit disappointing in that respect. Thinking about not renewing the on the next subscription date.

  • The struggle is real

    I loved this app when it was working. Have been trying to get in for 3 days. Then when I do get in and try to make card, it all goes away. I have deleted and reinstalled and nothing changed. A friend was not able to get in either. If it gets fixed I would stay. Most likely it’s too old and needs major updates.

    After downloading iOS 18.2 your app will not load. I enjoyed it very much and I am coming up on an annual renewal. Please advise if your app is not compatible with the new iOS.

  • Fun all when it works

    Seems it just cycles more than anything else. I try to open the app and just looks like it’s loading and never opens. I pay for a yearly membership because it is cute to personalize and send to family and friends. Wish there were more singing ones vs the talking AI kind. Dolly is the fave and the new Kevin Bacon one is great too. But if I can’t get it to load to send to folks, it’s a waste of money.
