    The only program that ever worked. I may not use it 100% but I pay the sub every year knowing I can jump back in when I need more discipline. I went from 150lbs to 130lbs in a year or so.

    Initially, loved the app. Easy to use and felt the macros were appropriate, signed up to use for 6 months to help get me back on track. After two check ins, it took me down to 900 calories as a female who strength trains 3 times/week and is active daily with steps as a hospital worker. Wish I could get a refund as this seems to be way too low for someone like me.

    This was recommended by the Huberman podcast and I decided to try it out. I think it’s worth the subscription to not have to think about the adjustments needing made from week to week based on my goals. Love it

    Tried it, too basic for me, canceled trial then got charged for an annual subscription. No thanks guys. Caliber and my fitness pal do everything I need.

    Great user interface. However, MacroFactor has a much better AI tool for logging food, which makes it about 100 times easier. The user interface for carbon is better, but in the end logging is just so much easier with MacroFactor.

    I’ve been using carbon for over a year and it has been a great tool in my weight loss. I like how it adjusts the Marcos based on how the week goes. I’ve lost over 20 pounds and have kept it off by adjusting my goals.

    Love how Carbon helps me realize my macro intakes, both daily, and on an average basis. Also, it is quite helpful that the app can automatically recalculate my recommended intake even when my activity level fluctuates or when I gain or lose too quickly (don’t have to enter activities). Finally, I like to have a high protein intake, and the app allows me to adjust my macros to my own goals (even though there are also varied recommend goals). My only issue at this point 18 months in) is that it doesn’t show Magnesium as a nutrient.
