    I’ve loved this app since day one. I’ve not only had successful dieting periods where the app helped me manage everything really well but also a successful maintenance period. I’m going to try a bulk next. A couple things that could be cool to add in my opinion would be for the app to average your weekly weigh ins for the check in. I do four wiegh ins and then take an average. I still have to go back and do the math myself for the check in numbers. Also a vacation or pause mode would be nice as well. Maybe after you tell it how long you’re off you can skip one check in after to get back on and get a good idea of where you are

    all of my nutrition clients use Carbon to supplement their in person checkins with me and i cannot say enough about how accurate, helpful, and user friendly it is. clients actually stick to their diets when they use carbon and the AI coach means my job just got so much easier. double checking their carbon #s against Styku AI is hyper accurate. and i love how the team sends knowledge articles to help onboard newbies to the platform. a must for every professional in the space.

    Dr norton heavily marketed this app like it was something special and offer guidance and directions. Instead I paid $11 for a pure caloric register app that does exactly the same as the original app I use does (free of charge). Plus the first 3 items i barcoded this app did not recognized. Well designed app though. Nice and neat.
