    For meal preppers… missing one feature to make it far better. On coach tab, in the compliance section. You have a toggle for include today or not. This is rear view looking compliance. Add a toggle to include future days in the week! Now I can easily see if the end of week compliance will be met without adjusting my daily targets or busting out a calculator. Please add the feature!
  • Advanced Check-Ins Convinced Me to Keep My Subscription

    The new advanced check-in feature is an absolute game-changer for me. Despite all the great features of the app, I was getting frustrated with the fact that there would be no adjustments made unless you are compliant (a simple yes/no) with the diet. I was developing an all or nothing mentality which, with busy and sometimes unpredictable work & life circumstances, nearly led me to give up. This new advanced check-in feature is fantastic and I find I’m more likely to track EVERYTHING I eat, no matter how small. Thank you for this update.

    I’ve been using carbon app for 3 weeks now and I’m down 5lbs and macros/calories are higher than they have ever been in a body recomp phase . This app exceeds the other apps out there for tracking your food. It’s your personal coach and as long as you’re compliant and trust the process you’ll see /get results . Thank you carbon app for coming up with such a great idea and sharing it with the world . Highly recommend!

    Good app. I don’t worry about input being incorrect like MyFitnessPal (like multiple macro options for plain chicken breast). I do wish you could put the time down when you had the meal and also be able to have different macros different days. Like if you have high carb and low carb days. It would also be nice if you can import recipes or copy and paste all the ingredients when creating a recipe instead of having to add each one individually.

    I used My Fitness Pal for years and switched over to this app over a year ago. I’ve also tried others, like MacroFactor. Carbon is simpler, and it’s just flat out better for tracking calories and macros over the course of a week and planning out weight gain and loss. My only request would be they integrate and send data to apple health. I’m not sure why that isn’t a feature.
