    I have been reaching out to this company for months! I signed up for a subscription last November for one week and canceled it immediately and I am still getting charged and no one has emailed me back. Beware! They are a scam!

    There’s no way to cancel your subscription to this app and they don’t answer their support email or any DMs on social. I’ve tried to cancel a dozen times in every possible way and it just keeps charging me. I have to dispute it with my credit card company every week.

  • Would be great if it weren’t so glitchy

    I’ve used this app for about a year now and have decided to cancel my subscription because of how glitchy it has become. I get “connection issues” pretty much every other message even when I know my internet is connected. You can’t copy/paste your messages when it happens, so if you want to ask again and hope it won’t glitch you have to re-type it all out again. It’s just become something that’s not really worth the hassle it takes to use it successfully.

    I checked this daily until they made the update.. now I may or may not open the app. Less information given now that they updated it. The information is not accurate anymore either. Before the update, you could check the daily temperature of your personal relationships. Now it’s gone, without warning. That was the best feature and a main reason why I opened the app daily. I’ve been waiting to see if they bring that feature back. Doesn’t seem like they are so I’m deleting after using this app for years.

    I absolutely use to LOVE this app until the recent update. You took away the daily thing with my partner that showed us our day together and then you simplified the horoscopes. I liked it a lot better when it told me like my time of day and what song to listen to and it was WAY better before now it’s just BASIC!!!

    I have emailed them 4 times to cancel my subscription, they have no place in app to log into my email and when I constantly email them, no avail. When I put my email in, there’s no account with it, yet they email me every week to say they are charging and have my credit card on file. AVOID at all costs. It is a giant scam.

    Sorry but this app is a scam. I paid what I understood to be a one-time fee, and they’ve charged my card 3 times in the same month. I can’t even access the subscription to manage it. Terribly frustrating and NOT okay to make the subscriptions inaccessible.

  • New update ruined everything

    I just had to cancel my subscription because it has become useless. I have been paying $9.99 a month and it’s always worked fine. Now everything I ask it REQUIRES EVEN MORE MONEY. It’s sad because I really do enjoy the app and now it’s just ruined.

    I’d give a five star but my daily horoscope won’t load and keeps saying “oopsiee, got a cosmic connection issue!” It’s been days now please fix this
