Horrible app. Was a user on this app for years and found that it plays favorites to top streams and gifters. Support is awful and app admins give away account details which is very concerning. Beware

Please do not download this app. They are very unfair. For some unknown reasons, they banned my device and account under 24 hours. What did I do? They must have me confused with someone else but that’s ok. I won’t be changing my review and I will also let others know. What’s unfortunate is that I got a friend of mines who is a really good gifter to download this app when I had my old account that they banned. Not only has he spent money but he’s invested time and I don’t get a fair chance? Noted. By the way, I also invested time and money into the app too. It’s very disappointing to see this happen. Wish the app was more inclusive.

Most users will take your money/ diamonds and block you. Customer Service is of no use and supports scammers

This app is great. I love it, but it has a lot of downfalls for one , way too many minors are able to get on this app. I suggest changing some things in this app like you have to show ID in order to create an account. Second thing, every time I have an issue it takes weeks for someone to fix the problem or to get back to me , INFACT I’ve emailed and reached out multiple times and I still haven’t gotten a reply and it’s been 3 weeks now . My nickname on Coco is saucybbwNo1-1 I have filled out a W9 form forever ago and I used my real name so I’m confused on why every time I try to cash out it says that I need to use my real name on the W9 form, and doesn’t let me get my money , so I have filed another form and used my real name AGAIN it still isn’t letting me cash out. I feel that it is a lack of workers on this app.

This app is full of drama and negativity. They allow their top streamers to do petty stuff and say anything on public live but as soon as I speak up about the mistreatment and favoritism they have on here my device gets banned. Not to mention, they spread too many rumors on this app and it’s mentally exhausting. Nobody should have to be wrongfully accused of anything when there’s literally no evidence connecting them to these allegations. This app is picky and doesn’t help you. I lost $1200 and they won’t restore my account because on of their top streamer that decided to lie on my name. She goes by “thick & paid” aka Kendra. She got me banned off of here. Please watch out for her and the admins on here!!!!!

The app admins are messy and so are the well known streamers on here. They búllý ppl on & off the app and will ban your account especially if you’re a person of color like me. I’m a girls girl and I got on Coco to make friends and have some fun but this app is full of drama. Anyways watch out for the streamers who go by “PARIS❤️” , “lele”, “gushers” and “thick & paid”. These two faced women created fake accounts to harașś Aspyn and her mom then created a narrative & claimed I was behind that...I contacted customer support to try to figure out why my account was banned and they told me that it was because I was “harasșiņg people” on the app which is NOT true. I wasn’t harașśing anybody. Also, how would it be possible for me to make “fake accounts”like y’all claim if you banned my device huh? Coco will believe the people on their leaderboards over anyone else that’s not fair. The person who is doing all this is right in your faces and you think it’s me because your top streamers are intimidated by my strong personality? Ok got it. Anyways, I supported this lele girl all the time, checking up on her every single day. The day she got on public live embarrassing me and making things up about me for her viewers & allowing her giftERS to dișrespect me is the day i got banned. I thought lele was my friend. I opened up to her and told her about my personal life then she switched up on me in a matter of seconds all because I wanted to vent. She turned my only friends on the app against me and put bugs in their ears. She got “thick & paid” to harașś me nonstop off the app and she was sending me țhrèatș to my phone number. How she got my number will remain unclear to me. Coco isn’t going to do anything about it because they don’t care. Coco, you should be ashamed!!!!! I will be in contact with apple regarding all this…!

I was making new friends and I had to pay to call them so I paid it and then I was told to refresh the app so I did that then reopened the app and I was banned. Pathetic app.
