  • Garbage game with predatory sales practices

    When this game started off it was decent to play. Now this has turned into a hot garbage where if you want to compete in PvP you have to drop around $10000 just to get the best ship. Then drop another $10000 to start upgrading it. In addition to this the ones that don’t spend are toxic. If they can’t beat you they go about having the alliance mass report you. Scopely doesn’t provide a reason for why you are banned. I wasn’t even active on the game for more than a week and they banned me without providing a reason. This game is hot garbage. Stay away.

    First off let me say this game is generally fun to play. Unfortunately that’s where the fun stops. It is a true pay to play game and if you’re not willing to spend money you’re at a serious disadvantage. Furthermore the developers cannot get the game to continue to run correctly. Every update breaks something else in the game. You have to consistently reboot the game because it gets stuck in a loading screen which is really frustrating not to mention it’s very laggy although they’re trying to fix this aspect of the game now and have seen very little improvement. The game has so much potential but the developers just push content after content out in hopes people will continue to spend money on the game. Update as of 9/28/25 well seems the direction of this game still suffers. Performance is broken and game barely runs, broken events with no direction at all. Even after all the complaints they still push new content and new packs for paying players to buy. Here’s an idea maybe fix the game first so it’s at the very least playable.

    I do like these game. Some things don’t make any sense. Like I get killed by someone who is way higher then me. But I can’t attack someone who is just a little smaller then myself.

    Everything in this game is pay to play, you can’t compete with anyone who spends money. So unless you fork over $20,000 a month you’re never gonna get ahead. There will always be a multitude of people ahead of you. Support is absolutely terrible. They are of no help at all, they provide absolutely no guidance or ability to correct a mistake. I played this game for five years and when I needed an assistance restoring a ship they said no, they was the last straw. Don’t waste your time

    The people who run this app will tell you they follow a terms and conditions guidelines but will not do real investigation when another player that spend a lot of money on there game place false accusations against you. My alliance teammate has had his account banned because other game players said he sold his account. And apparently those in charge want to pretend they investigated the issue there is no way they did. Because the same player has always played form the same IP address and made recent purchases in the game with the same credit card he has always used. So I would recommend not spending money with this company. Because this game player has had his game taken from him and the money he spent. And the time he has spent grinding in the game for the past 6 plus years. These people should be ashamed of their actions.

    Typical boring app game. Disappointed in Star Trek. Disappointed in paramount. Disappointed in CBS. This was the biggest waste of time in years. I’m walking away from Star Trek CBS and Paramount for good. Independent stuff is better cheaper and more accessible anyway

    This game doesn’t nickel and dime you. It wants $100.00 at a time. Worked to fill the Ferengi treasury? Awesome! Now pay $100 to get the reward. Ridiculous!
