Firstly, I was unable to purchase the Equalizer 3 from my iPhone because the buy button simply doesn’t work on my iPhone 14 Max Pro. I contacted their customer support via the iPhone app to report the bug for the third time and every time they respond via email with something along the lines of “it works on our end, maybe you should restart the app”. 2nd, I used my (Android) Galaxy Fold to purchase the movie instead. I received my Google gmail invoice showing my payment to Row 8 and order number and now the movie doesn’t show as purchased in my Row 8 library. I contacted Row 8 customer service again to gain access to my movie and they tell me “we are happy to hear from you, and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue. In regard to your inquiry, the last transaction that appears in our system on your account was your purchase of Gran Turismo, which was on 9/27/23. We also do not have a record of your current transaction. As such, it appears that you may have encountered a transaction error.” Now I must jump through hoops and prove to them I bought the movie from their platform.

I purchased a movie on here and can’t even watch it. They scammed me for $5.49. I will try and find a way to report this app. They offer movies at a lower price and they don’t play. It plays an ad for a different movie then it freezes when the actual movie happens. That’s why they don’t take PayPal. Garbage. Don’t waste your money or time.

Never had a problem till today. Just bought the movie Sonic 2. Checked my bank account showing a $18.99 purchase but I couldn’t see the movie?? So I purchased it again thinking it was just lagging and not cost me another $18.99 till I checked my bank account again only surely it did just that so I was charged twice smh if y’all ROW8 fam reading this I would really like my money back but I know I can kiss those extra 18 bucks goodbye. Technically rounding it to 19 dollars. Tear tear.

I don’t understand why other streaming services don’t do this! You can’t beat a pay as you watch service. No more unnecessary money wasted.

Glitchy. Basically have to end up restarting the movie from the beginning and then try to get close to where you left off by using the slider

Love the update and watching movies have never been made easier! I love the wide selection of hot blockbuster movies on here. Watching movies on here all the time.

I’m on the go a lot and I really like how the titles are displayed so I can easily use just one hand and bam, it’s movie time. Very convenient. Great content. Better than paying a subscription. Love it.
