    When I used Timeshifter on a trip from Japan to the west coast to the east coast in the U.S., I was amazed to have little to no jet lag!! Usually I’m exhausted doing this, but I felt great on this trip.

    We used this for our trip to Rome last week. +9 hours from our current time zone. We plugged in our itinerary and it gave us an easy to understand and follow schedule to adjust our circadian rhythms. Worked great, were rested and clear-headed for the whole week. My only suggestion would be to add a notes option. We used additional supplements beyond melatonin and it would have been nice to be able to have everything in one place.

    I used Timeshifter for the first time on a short trip to Singapore from New York; I had been concerned that jet lag would disable me from being attentive at an all-day business meeting a day after my arrival. I provided my flight numbers and the app devised a plan advising me when to sleep, use and avoid caffeine, expose to and avoid light, etc., starting with my flight and continuing for three days after my return. I adhered to the plan — though imperfectly — and experienced insignificant jet lag, amazingly, less than on a trip to Europe from NYC. So I’m smitten with this app!

    I’ve now used the time shifter app for two big overseas trips, one with an 8 hour time difference and the other with a 10 hour time difference. both times, I followed the suggestions closely and came out the other end with little to no jet lag at all. I cannot recommend this app enough! I will not change time zones without it!

    I recently traveled from the US to East Africa and used the Timeshifter app. It really helped me to adjust to the new time zone and come back with minimal jet lag. It wasn't always possible to completely follow their recommendations but I did it pretty close to it. I will be using this app for future overseas trips.
