  • Not a bit of jet lag!

    I had planned to attend a Watercolor Art retreat in France. I followed the TimeShifter plan exactly. I am 72 years old and had been to London when I was much younger and was exhausted for days. I was amazed that I didn’t have any symptoms of jet lag. I have been telling others at the retreat how great I feel and shared why. I will never do a long flight again without it.

    Travelled to London from Denver for a quick 4 day trip. Could’ve been brutal sleep wise but I followed Timeshifter’s guidance and had no noticeable jet lag in either direction. Couldn’t believe it actually worked! Have a 5 day trip to London coming up and will use it again!

    Didn’t experience any jet lag on the way over, was able to easily go to sleep and wake up on my normal schedule and have energy throughout the day. The way home I didn’t follow the schedule quite as closely, I just slept most of the time. Feeling good overall, but I did notice I woke up super early (3am and 6am) the first two mornings home. Have recommended to all of my friends that travel abroad frequently!

    I’ve used this app to help me “Timeshift” before multiple long-haul flights with tremendous success. Paired with a flight that gives me at least 6 hours to sleep and I don’t experience any jet lag at all.

    My daughter and I both used Timeshifter for a recent trip from the East Coast of the US to Europe and back and it was terrific! The guidance about light exposure and other ways to approach travel through multiple time zones is really helpful. I’ve lived in Europe before and this was the first time I flew from the US to Europe and didn’t “lose” a day or more to jet lag.

    Could I look all this up and figure it out myself? Sure. Could I have ChatGPT use a few gallons of water and create a custom plan for me? Yes. But this app does it and does it well. I build tech products for a living, and I’m just grateful for whoever came up with this—it’s a perfect use for software to make one’s life just a little easier. The $10/plan is something l totally would do, but I appreciate that I got the first plan free. Smart business. Smart app. And I have such low expectations of not feeling completely zonked when I land in Barcelona tomorrow that if this has even a slightly positive effect, I might just have to buy the company. No just kidding I don’t have that kind of money.

    I have used this app for trips to Dubai and South Korea. Following the plan for both trips has allowed me to switch time zones with very minimal jet lag. I would highly recommend using this app if you travel internationally.

    App is very easy to use, and the personalized schedule helped me have minimal jet lag for first time on seven-hour shift forward, even though I couldn’t always follow the plan. Looking forward to results on return home.

    I struggle from terrible jet lag. My brother in law suggested this app and it is AMAZING. Traveling to Norway from California, I was expecting to have terrible jet lag and this app saved me. I was able to actually enjoy my vacation! It’s important to actually follow the instructions, especially sleep times and caffeine times. It was to ease back into California time because I was looser with following the instructions. Love it and HIGHLY recommend!
