    I have been so impressed by the results of using the guidelines in this app I am recommending it to everyone I meet (yes, even people I’ve just met, generally on my travels!) I now make sure I aways have my sunglasses, a sleep mask, melatonin and some decaffeinated tea bags in my travel bag. It’s made international travelling an even more pleasant experience. Thank you!

    I have family in Australia and I fly there regularly from the U.S. I have always needed nearly 2 weeks to fully recover from jet lag upon my return home, but on my recent trip I gave Timeshifter a try. I followed the schedule and could hardly believe it when I was back to normal within 2 1/2 days! I’ll definitely be using Timeshifter whenever I cross time zones in the future.

    I used this app for a trip I took to Sydney, Australia from California last year. I followed it to the letter and can honestly say I experienced no jet lag while I was there (usually jet lag makes me feel woozy and my sleep schedule is messed up). It is only mildly inconvenient to follow their recommendations and, given the results, I highly recommend it!

    For the love of god, or maybe just your users over the age of 50, please make this app more legible. If you can’t scale in, I need to screen cap and then use my photo app to scale in to actually read the times and what the little outlined icons are. Adobe makes a great accessibility tool for UX people. Look it up.

    I travel a lot, and have recently taken some major trips involving long distance travel. I’ve noticed as a get older, the recovery from jet lag takes longer and is more disruptive, often interfering with my enjoyment of a new location. Recently it has taken me a week to ten days to recover. I just returned from a green-week trip to Australia and New Zealand, a 17-19 hour time difference. Before leaving on the trip I learned about Timeshifter, and decided it couldn’t hurt to try it. Al, I can say is Wow! It really works. It wasn’t difficult to add the suggestions to my day in the days leading up to travel, and then again in the days before I came home.

    I’ve used Timeshifter many times on transcontinental flights, which I take at least 3-4 times a year. I generally find it works well. I’ve had good results when I’ve followed their protocols very closely, but usually I am unable to follow 100% and some of the proposed schedules are very challenging - like sleep at 7pm and wake up at 1am so you can sleep on the following day flight at 2pm. That may well work, but hard to stick. Also, they don’t mention food and drink on the flight, which I’ve also found to be a factor in jet lag.

    After a 30 hour and 3 flight trip to India I can confirm this app works. Having made this trip numerous times over the years I know how jet lag hits like a hammer. But after using Timeshifter, I’m 3 days into my trip and fresh as a daisy. No need to power through a sleepy afternoon, no wide awake hours in the middle of the night. I’ll never travel internationally without Timeshifter again! You have to try it.

    I used Timeshifter to go from Austin to Houston and Houston to Dubai. Then I went from Dubai to Tanzania, Africa. From Africa back to Amsterdam and from Amsterdam back to Austin. I suffered very little Jetlag either direction. It is honestly quite amazing.

    I just returned from a trip with 15 hours time difference and for the first time in my life I have not experienced the negative impact of jet lag. I followed the guidance pretty closely with the exception of sleeping during the flight. This app is truly a game changer! I am looking forward to more long distance trips with Timeshifter!

    I used this to go to Japan recently and followed the recommendations about 80% of the time. I felt almost no jet lag both ways. I only took off one star because I would have liked to be able to adjust my wake up time during my trip, but that is not a feature. I was on a ski vacation for part of my trip, so I was waking early for that part. And the second half of my trip was more relaxing so I didn’t need to wake up so early. But it didn’t really make a difference, I still experienced very little jet lag. I like the app a lot.
