  • Settings Question

Used to be Unless you pay for ad free ads pop up and cover the camera that you paid for. App should come fire of charge if you buy the device. OK. I also would like to know how to get landscape mode on my iPad. I can’t seem to find a settings that will do that.

They charge my card multiple times in a month and never refund the extra, they also threatened to shut off subscription even after it’s paid, I go through this every month missing money because they keep double or triple charging and won’t give the extra back then each time my card is changed there’s a $2.99 surcharge on top of the premium subscription I pay for on top of the many duplicate charges they make and won’t give back, I am on ssi disability I don’t have much money but I know theft of service when I see it and I see scammers that what this company is it’s under two companies in your email. Don’t use them I’m building a case taking evidence of every statement overcharge or duplicated, I have it all.
  • DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND

I bought one of these cameras, I have many WiFi cams like this one. However! This is the ONLY brand who makes you PAY TO VEIW YOUR OWN CAMERA! I’m not talking about buying cloud storage, I’m talking about, you hear someone in your house, and you open the app to see what’s going on and you are locked out until you watch ADS!!! Then they want you to pay to remove the ad. Once you do get to your camera veiw, you can only view it for a minute or 2 before it shuts off and an ad pops up, because they say they are try to reduce traffic on the network! It’s your home wifi network!!! Not theirs! I’ll never buy anything from them ever again. And by the way, this wasn’t like this when I first got it! They did an “update” to put this “ad based blackmail” in AFTER YOU PURCHASED THE CAMERA! That’s a terrible company. You’ve been warned.
  • Not offering what they sold! Stay away

First off, I have 3 Chinese cameras. I purchased a 5 camera, 15 day recording history version of the app. I get 5 cam, 7 day recording. There is no work around for this. I have contacted customer service and they don’t seem to comprehend English at all. I will never purchase from this company again. App works fine, camera works fine. You pay for 1 thing and get another. Be very cautious about dealing with this company. I have purchase receipts and still can’t get anything done

I strongly advise against buying these cameras. The hardware might seem okay, but the software is terrible. After the latest update, the remote viewing capabilities were cut off, and now the login system is completely broken—it keeps claiming my password is wrong. Save yourself the headache and invest in a reputable brand. I'm replacing all 10 of mine because they are now useless bricks.
  • Stay away.

This app is predatory. So you mean to tell me that now (because I don’t want or need the paid services for the cameras that I purchased) you are limiting my use of my cameras ? I’m definitely upgrading to a better company. And will warn as many people as I can about this disgusting behavior from a money hungry company. You all must be hemorrhaging funds to treat your own customers like this.
  • Bad Ad-Free Pop-up

I used to like you and I even have several Yilot cameras. Now it takes me a long time to even get to view anything because the pop-ups drive me crazy if you try to get people to subscribe, let them need you first. Now they are apps that exceed your quality and there are no too many pop-ups. It’s more like you’re not gonna sell more cameras for the app like this.
