  • Constant Disconnect & Glitchy Overlay

    The 2025 season of VNL continuously buffered on live matches and replays. It made for some very frustrating instances trying to watch. Not to mention the augmented reality overlay that glitched over players and the floor. The “decals” on the floor would glitch through players jerseys.

    Especially the final semi and final match of vnl , live been loading constantly during the match its so annoying I have to watch it through free site on internet despite I paid to watch legally , so frustrating

    What is going on with this app. I attempt to watch live or recent matches and it prompts me to sign up for the service even though I am signed in. I am only able to watch “highlights “. The whole VNL experience was ruined for me and my daughter and this was the only reason I signed up in the first place. Complete waste of money.

    There are so many issues with the app, and nothing is being done to fix them while you spend full money on a subscription. It's super disappointing and frustrating. 1) When watching live / replays, it freezes while audio continues, and you have to restart the app (I may have had to do that 20 times just yesterday to watch a replay, not even a live event) 2) When watching replays on a horizontal screen, they load to a black screen and stay like that forever, and you end up giving up watching them. 3) I have to log in / restore my purchase every time I want to access the mobile app 4) These are not new issues, they have been out there and they are doing nothing to fix them as they do not care.

    Rewind & fast-forward features are super laggy. You would think for being the only platform to have most of these games, there would at least be functionality to make it worth it. Feels like a scam with how poor the video player is in app. Actually not worth the money and I’ll cancel premium as fast as possible once VNL ends for the year.

    VBTV finally figured out my subscription. The restore of subscription finally worked tonight, of course after the start of week 2, however I have changed my star rating to reflect that things are now working. [ Jun25. I too have issue with my subscription. I have an active Apple subscription but every time I go to watch something in the app, it takes me to the purchase screen, I try to restore my purchase and I get a general error code. Very frustrating. I contacted support and received a sorry not our problem since it is a third party payment. Buyer beware!]

  • Paid for subscription, unable to watch the games

    I paid for the one month subscription in order to watch Brasil games. After receiving a receipt from Apple I knew that the payment had gone through so I should be able to watch. When I log into the app I have no issues accessing my account. When I select a game I want to watch the app then prompts me to pick a subscription plan despite already paying for one. This app has no phone number support line and solely relies on AI to provide immediate support. I filled out a ticket through their AI support but I plan on canceling my subscription and disputing the charge with my CC. Shameful because I wanted to get more into the game and watch more volleyball.
