    I am having so many challenges. I have 3 devices, my cell phone, my Ipad, and my android TV. recently it keeps coming up as pick your plan even though I already have a plan. and Ive been paying for 2 plans because I didn’t realize I had 2. It’s a bummer when you want to watch a game, and it wont let you. It’s just so glitchy compared to most apps. while I totally appreciate the coverage, cause AVP coverage is worse. I wish you could update your app. and make it work.

    I have been using VBTV for a few years now and I had never been disappointed with the quality and the broadcast. The VNL was also great which helped me to renew my subscription but paying to watch games and I can’t even watch an entire rally because it freezes or it just stops it’s not worth for me to continue to pay. I honestly think they should refund everyone who’s having these problems

    They were struggling during vnl with occasional glitches or missing sets, but the world cup is completely unwatchable. Coverage is constantly frozen and audio is jumping forward and backwards. Watching online is just was bad as the app. Don’t waist your money. Hopefully they will fix this or coverage will stop being a monopoly and someone else will make a functional service where I can actually watch the games I care about.

    I can't even watch it right now the app super lag and super annoying everyone that I know have the same problem I don't know why I pay for it but I can't even watch it

    Playback of matches and intermittently stops for a few seconds; very annoying. This doesn’t happen with other streaming services we use so I must assume the problem is at their end. In addition, they have no means of contacting customer service. Another annoyance is playback shows how long the match lasted, so after watching a set or two, you can tell who won the match.

  • App has gone downhill.

    Editing to say it’s been a year since the app went downhill and it is still awful. Stream blacks out and cuts off. Lags. Missing matches. It’s terrible. Used to be the best app for watching all things volleyball. Now the user interface is glitchy and it’s not easy to scrub through the games. And that’s if the games are uploaded. This is the 4th or 5th beach volleyball tournament in a row where there are missing games (all men’s quarterfinals, all round of 12 matches, etc.). So pathetic for a product we are paying for!

  • Constant Disconnect & Glitchy Overlay

    The 2025 season of VNL continuously buffered on live matches and replays. It made for some very frustrating instances trying to watch. Not to mention the augmented reality overlay that glitched over players and the floor. The “decals” on the floor would glitch through players jerseys.

    Especially the final semi and final match of vnl , live been loading constantly during the match its so annoying I have to watch it through free site on internet despite I paid to watch legally , so frustrating
