    This apps been a great help and been beneficial lately but I remember the app asks questions and one of them was if I was single or not, I clicked yes because I currently am but it’s giving me relationship questions so it’s kind of throwing me off.

    Working through various levels of some emotional stuff and this app is providing insight and information and is incredibly helpful. Easy to navigate and I like the varied depths in courses offered (small and week long+) Would love if the longer courses were offered in more options than only audio ;)

    The breathe work is great. I have done it a few times for the 2 mins. Just a suggestion… between the background music and the voice it seems like I am spinning a wheel on a game show. Maybe something a bit more laid back.
