I get notifications of Lasta trying to charge and I authorize to block. Whomever you use as your 3rd party processor for cancellations and payments needs to be changed. I will have to close my cc and request a new one. Word to the wise don’t do trials.

For my renewal, they double dipped and charged 2 bank accounts for the renewal. Be very diligent about noticing your charges!

If I could do no stars I would. I have never signed up for a membership but out of the blue I see a charge for $99.99 in my bank account. I never authorized this charge. There is no membership that is $99.99 when you look at the info in the App Store. Do not download or use this app if you want to have money taken from you!

I am a Believer in Yoga-Go! I look forward to my Chair Yoga sessions.....they help me to loosen up and get my day off to a great start!! I suffer from lower back pain and my chair yoga routines greatly aid me with movement and flexibility while helping to eliminate morning stiffness

I have some balance issues and arthritic shoulder joints so Chair Yoga suits me very well. My friend comes over each morning and we have a half hour yoga session which I cast to my TV.

Perfect start to the day . Reminds me to stretch and rotate body parts I don’t always think about doing. Very calming

I reviewed lots of yoga app choices and while this is not perfect it is really really good! I do wish that when it says Yoga for Balance/Flexibility/Strength that it more focused on the title of that practice. All the practices seem to kind of blend together and not specific to the title, but having said that… this app is one of the best out there. !
