    Paid for the app. Never received the login code. Contacted support and never received a reply, or a refund. No response from their support. Save your money. All the five-star reviews are shills. UPDATE: They reached out to me about this review, asking about what happened. They were prompt and courteous, and also issued me a full refund. I opted to not try the service out anyway, but they did offer that, so props for customer service.

    I enjoy Chair Yoga w/Anke 4-5 times a week approximately. It's repetitive but it offers exercises that are good for my flexibility and balance. I used to also do the 7 minute intensive workout which was excellent as I can do more than the chair yoga. Sadly those videos have disappeared and I really miss them. I tried TaiChi but I'm not the best at meditating and the slower pace. I'm trying it sometimes. I like exercising at home.

    I had a new replacement 10 months ago followed by a tear in the quad of the same leg a few months later. My physical activity had become non-existent and I was feeling terrible - my posture was bad, my back and neck felt stress and I was having some circulation issues due to inactivity. I started this program 2 1/2 weeks ago. Initially there were some things I could tell I was not doing well, but other than the limitations due to my injury, am able to do everything and can feel that the breathing and my posture and stance is much improved. Amazingly, today, my husband said “you are really starting to look fit”. I look forward to my yoga session each day!

    This App is good in terms of encouragement. It is also good for gradually increasing the length of the routines. It is not in terms of how they rate the routine. I have now done 15 sessions, all marked at an “Easy” Level. Not true. I’ve had to adapt multiple areas, go at a slower pace than what the model does, and many other things. For the first week, my shoulders hurt continuously. I’m at the point now where sometimes I only do it every other day.

    I’ve been doing active for a long time. My knees are sore but I’m working w a physician. I’m doing the practice sessions every morning and they are going well; I’m going to try to start about 15 minutes a day next week. I do like how it makes me feel.
